Next, after the dyeing step is completed, ie, as shown in FIG.
After the point C, the heating by the heat exchanger 15 is stopped, the temperature is cooled to an arbitrary temperature, the discharge valve 31 is opened, and the processing liquid in the accumulation tank 1 and the transfer pipe 5 is entirely or partially discharged to the liquid storage tank 32. And store it. At this time, when the processing liquid stored in the liquid storage tank 32 is higher than a set temperature, for example, 40 ° C., the processing liquid is cooled by the cooling unit 43 to the set temperature.

Next, when all of the processing liquid in the processing tank 1 has been transferred to the liquid storage tank 32, the drain valve 31 is closed, the water supply valve 37 is opened, and the pump 34 is started. Thus, the processing liquid in the storage tank 32 enters the storage tank 1 through the pump 34, the filter 35, the return pipe 36, the water supply valve 37, and the suction pipe 11. Further, a part of the processing liquid in the processing tank 1 is stored in the liquid storage tank 3.
In the case of transfer to 2, the pump 34 and the pump 12 enter the storage tank through the pipe 13, the heat exchanger 15, and the pipe 16. In FIG. 2, G indicates a step of discharging the processing liquid to the storage tank 32, H indicates a filtration step, and I indicates a step of returning the processing liquid to the storage tank 1.
In this manner, the undyed dye is captured by the filter 35 as the treatment liquid passes through the filter 35. At this time, by cooling the treatment liquid to a predetermined temperature by the cooling means 43, impurities such as oligomers dissolved in the treatment liquid are precipitated, and can be separated by the filter 35.

Next, after the treatment liquid filtered as described above is returned to the storage tank 1, the discharge valve 31 and the water supply valve 37 are closed, and the processing liquid is supplied by the pump 12 to the storage tank 1, the suction pipe 11, and the pipe. The fabric 7 is circulated and moved by circulating the fabric 16, and impurities and the like adhering to the fabric 7 are rinsed and removed. In FIG.

In the case of polyester fiber, the oligomer is dissolved when the temperature of the treatment liquid is 100 ° C. or higher at the same time as the filtration treatment of the undyed dye, but the oligomer is dissolved when cooled to a predetermined temperature. The processing liquid is cooled by the cooler 43 at the first transition point of the polyester fiber or lower (40 ° C.).
When the solution was cooled down and filtered with the filter 35, the treatment solution became almost colorless, and further, the oligomer could be removed. As a result of measuring the treatment solution at this time by a spectrophotometer, the absorbance was almost zero. The value was obtained.

As described above, according to the invention of the present application, it is possible to separate and remove most of the undyed residual dye from the textile contained in the dyeing effluent. It is possible to omit the washing step by re-supplying water, and to greatly reduce the amount of water used. Further, since the adhesion of the dye in the dyeing tank can be reduced, the washing of the kettle by changing the color can be simplified.
