In order to remove dirt that adheres to and accumulates on the inner wall surface of the retention tank in liquid flow type fabric processing equipment, water is supplied into the tank as full as possible through the processing liquid circulation circuit, and cleaning is performed separately from the normal processing process. was.

[Problems to be solved by the present invention] When dyeing is carried out, residues of dyes, chemicals, etc. used at that time and waste of the fabric adhere to the inner wall of the tank. Particularly, the gas phase portion that does not always come into contact with the processing liquid, for example, those adhering to the inner surface of the upper wall, dries and becomes stuck to the inner wall of the tank. For this reason, the next time the fabric is dyed with a different hue or when a lot of fiber debris falls off from the fabric, washing must be carried out to remove these particles.

In addition, the washing process is an extra process that cannot be carried out unless there is a problem with production, so if the fabric is dyed in the same color or if the residue from the previous process does not affect the process, the washing process may not be carried out. In many cases, normal processing is carried out, and dirt inevitably accumulates, making it difficult to remove the dirt, and depending on the cleaning content, dirt may remain, which can lead to staining of the fabric in the next processing step. .

The time required for cleaning varies depending on how dirty the fabric is and how much debris is attached to the fabric, but in general, the more dirt there is, the longer it takes and the more cleaning chemicals are required. Performing it as a separate step was disadvantageous in terms of productivity improvement.

In the present invention, a long fabric tied in an endless manner is installed in an annular processing path formed by a transfer pipe and a retention tank, and a pump injects a processing liquid into the processing path to cause the fabric to flow through the liquid flow. In the apparatus for processing by circulation, a cleaning pipe 2 equipped with an injection hole for cleaning the inner wall surface of the tank is provided in the retention tank, and the circulating processing liquid is branched and communicated with the cleaning pipe, and
Separately, a cleaning water conduit 10 for guiding clean water to the cleaning pipe without going through the pump is provided between the water supply source and the cleaning pipe, and the water supply channel 10 is installed between the water supply source and the cleaning pipe, and the water supply channel 10 is installed between the water supply source and the cleaning pipe, so that the water supply channel 10 can be installed at the same time as the water supply and drainage operations during the fabric treatment process. The system is characterized in that a liquid injection operation is performed from the cleaning pipe, and when the liquid is drained during the normal treatment process, the cleaning water supply valve 11 is opened for a certain period of time at the same time as the liquid drain valve 3, and the inside of the tank is drained. The dirt adhering to the surface is washed away, and then, when the water supply operation is performed, the water supply valve for cleaning is opened at the same time as the water supply valve 4 for the retention tank is opened, and the cleaning is performed again, thereby eliminating the process of only cleaning.

Separately from the treatment liquid circulation circuit, a cleaning water conduit is provided for conveying clean water to the cleaning pipe without going through the pump, so cleaning can be performed during water supply and drainage operations during the treatment process.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a retention tank, and a cleaning pipe 12 is attached along the upper inner wall of the retention tank and connected to a water supply source (not shown) via a cleaning water supply valve 11. The cleaning pipe 12 is also connected via a can body cleaning valve 9 to a pipe 9' branching from the pipe 5' via the heat exchanger 5 from the discharge side pipe of the pump 2.

In a normal cleaning process, the pump 2 is operated with the can body cleaning valve 9 opened and the cleaning water supply valve 11 closed.
The liquid in the tank is sprayed and circulated through the cleaning pipe for cleaning.

When draining, the drain valve 3 is opened and at the same time the cleaning water supply valve 11 is also opened to wash the inner wall with clean water. The cleaning water supply valve 11 is closed after the time set by the timer, and a normal liquid draining process begins.

When water is supplied, the cleaning water supply valve 11 is opened at the same time as the retention tank water supply valve 4, and water is supplied while cleaning. By using the cleaning water supply valve as an auxiliary water supply, we were able to stabilize the liquid level during water supply to the entire device, in line with the cleaning effect, compared to conventional systems.

The process of supplying and draining water to and from the retention tank in one treatment process is at most 2 to 3 times, and at most 4 to 6 times, so even if the cleaning time per time of this device is short, the effect is not sufficient. be. Further, if hot water is used instead of fresh water supplied to the cleaning pipe, the cleaning effect will be further improved.

It is desirable that the cleaning pipe 10 be installed over its entire length at the top of the retention tank where it will not be immersed in liquid under normal processing conditions, but the effect will not be great if short pipes are installed only in areas where liquid circulation is poor and is particularly prone to dirt. be. 1st
The figure shows an example in which a cleaning pipe is attached to a liquid flow type fabric processing device. In addition, in the figure, 6 is a fabric, 7 is a treatment liquid injection part,
Reference numeral 8 indicates a transfer pipe, and reference numeral 10 indicates a cleaning water conduit.

As mentioned above, this idea is based on the fact that in the past, the cleaning process was separate from the normal treatment process.
This prevents the situation where there is a long interval between cleanings and dirt builds up, which requires time for cleaning, and allows cleaning to be done at the same time as drainage and water supply during the treatment process. The cost required for cleaning can be significantly reduced, and it has become possible to prevent stains on the fabric. Further, since cleaning is performed every time water is supplied and drained, there is an advantage that the inner wall of the retention tank can always be maintained in a clean state, and the practical effect is remarkable.
