These organic fertilizers are generally slow-acting and have the effect of improving the physical properties of soil and the effect of activating soil microorganisms. In recent years, their effects have been re-recognized. There is an increasing demand for fertilizers mixed with chemical fertilizers (hereinafter collectively referred to as fertilizers containing organic matter).

At present, fertilizers are now required to be granular mainly from the viewpoint of handling properties, and this is no exception for fertilizers containing organic matter. Therefore, various methods for granulating fertilizers containing organic matter have been proposed. For example, JP-A-5-262591 and JP-A-5-238864 describe a method of granulating with a bread granulator. JP-A-59-987
No. 24 and JP-A-56-9294 describe a method of obtaining a molded fertilizer by an extrusion molding machine.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-317487 describes a method of granulating by a method different from these methods.

[0005] For horticulture, pot raising and seedling, and pots, which are one of the main demands of fertilizers containing organic matter, the required application amount can be calculated by the number of fertilizers. There is a demand for a granular fertilizer that is uniform in size and weight and that is formed into an appropriate size. For example, the size of one piece varies depending on the required duration of fertilization, but is usually 0.1 to 5%.
cm 3, preferably 0.5~4cm 3. One of the molding methods satisfying such a demand is a tableting molding method.
However, in order to produce good molded products without cracking, chipping, surface peeling, etc. with good productivity by the tableting method, a binder or a lubricant is blended with the powdery material of the raw material to be subjected to tableting. It is necessary to reduce the internal friction and the friction with the wall surface of the mold and to improve the propagation of the compressive force. Generally, lubricants such as talc, starch, stearic acid, and magnesium stearate are used to improve the propagation of the compressive force, and these lubricants are generally used in an amount of 2% by weight or less. (Granulation Handbook, p. 204, edited by The Japan Society of Powder Technology, Ohmsha). The present inventor previously described that, during tableting of a chemical fertilizer, by mixing an inorganic salt of ligninsulfonic acid and an inorganic salt of stearic acid in the powder of the fertilizer component, the hardness was high, and the appearance was high. It has been found that molded fertilizers with good quality can be produced (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-6977).
No. 1). However, fertilizers containing organic matter
Since the moldability is poor as compared with chemical fertilizers, it has been found that it is desirable to further improve the above-mentioned method when producing tablet-formed fertilizers containing organic matter. The present invention seeks to provide a method that satisfies this need.

According to the present invention, 3 to 10 particles of an inorganic salt of ligninsulfonic acid, an inorganic salt of stearic acid, and a powder of the fertilizer component are added to the powder of the fertilizer component containing organic matter. By tableting a mixture obtained by blending talc in an amount of% by weight, a molded fertilizer having a high hardness and a good appearance can be produced with high productivity.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The present invention will be described in detail. In the present invention, it is a fertilizer containing organic matter that is subjected to tableting, and the content of the organic matter is usually 30% by weight.
And preferably 40% by weight or more. When the content of the organic matter is too small, the effects such as slow action, soil improvement, and activation of microorganisms, which are expected of the tablet-forming fertilizer containing the organic matter, are not sufficiently exhibited. Chemical fertilizers to be blended with organic matter as required include common ammonium sulfate, urea, ammonium nitrate, salt ammonium,
It is possible to use phosphoric acid, persulfite, heavy stone, processed phosphate fertilizer, sulfuric acid potassium, chloride potassium, and the like. When a tableting fertilizer having a large slow-release property is desired, a slow-release chemical fertilizer such as a urea-aldehyde condensate such as isobutylidene diurea or a urea formaldehyde condensate, a fused phosphorus fertilizer, or silica silicate. Etc. may be used. It is preferable that the particle size of the fertilizer component to be subjected to tablet molding is adjusted so as to pass through a sieve having a mesh size of 2 mm from the viewpoint of filling properties into the mold.

As the inorganic salts of stearic acid, aluminum salts, calcium salts, magnesium salts, barium salts, zinc salts and the like, which are known as lubricants, are used.
Preferably, calcium or magnesium salts are used. The amount of the fertilizer is usually 0.1 to the fertilizer component powder.
01-0.8% by weight. If the amount is less than 0.01% by weight, it is difficult to achieve the desired effect, and if it is less than 0.8% by weight, it is economically undesirable. Suitable addition amounts are from 0.01 to 0.5% by weight, especially from 0.1 to 0.5% by weight. As talc, a finely pulverized product sold as a lubricant in the market may be used, and its addition amount is 3 to 10% by weight based on the powder of the fertilizer component. If the amount is less than 3% by weight, the effect of addition is not sufficiently exhibited. The preferred addition effect is 4 to 10% by weight.

In the present invention, a mixture of the above-mentioned fertilizer component containing organic matter mixed with an inorganic salt of ligninsulfonic acid, an inorganic salt of stearic acid and talc is mixed well and subjected to tableting as a uniform mixture. . Its shape is usually circular or elliptical. In the present invention, the inorganic salt of lignin sulfonic acid is considered to act as a binder, but the effect of the binder is further improved by adding water. The amount of water to be added is preferably 5% by weight or less based on the powder of the fertilizer component.
