SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION As a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention relates to a bill having a stacking space in which dispensing bills are accumulated and a dispensing bill transporting means provided at a predetermined standard position above the accumulation space. A dispensing unit, and a depositing banknote provided in a lower portion of the banknote dispensing unit for storing the deposited banknotes in an integrated state, and
Deposited banknote storage and transfer unit that separates and feeds the bills one by one, and is located at a lower position where bills can be accumulated with respect to the dispensed bill transport means during accumulation of dispensed bills, and withdrawal accumulation when dispensed bills are sent. Deposit accumulation banknotes by pressing the deposit accumulation banknotes stored in the dispensing accumulation banknote support portion and the deposit banknote storing and transferring portion for pressing the banknotes to the dispensing banknote transporting means, and separating and feeding the banknotes one by one. Characterized in that it has a stage mechanism having a deposit-stacked banknote pressing portion that descends in accordance with the decrease in the number and holds the pressed state of the deposited banknote, and a drive unit that moves the stage mechanism up and down.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, a dispensing port and a deposit port are provided vertically on the front surface of the body of the bill dispensing and dispensing machine. The dispensing banknote transport means formed near the inside of the machine body with respect to the deposit port and provided at a fixed reference position above the stacking space of the banknote dispensing unit, dispenses by the dispensing accumulation banknote support unit when dispensing the accumulation banknotes. It is configured to send out the withdrawal accumulated bill to a position where the accumulated bill is partially protruded to the dispensing port through the pressing of the accumulated bill, and a deposited bill transport means is provided from a position near the lower portion of the deposit opening to a lower position of the deposited bill storage and transfer section. The deposit banknotes inserted from the deposit port are fed into the deposit banknote storage and transfer unit by the deposit banknote transporting unit while being guided through the deposit banknote pressing unit located at the guide position. It is preferable.

[0008] The stop position of the stage mechanism includes a position at the time of accumulation by the dispensing accumulation banknote support portion, a dispensing accumulation banknote pressing position on the dispensing banknote transport means (depending on the amount of bills),
It takes a deposit-integrated bill guide position and a deposited-in bill press position (depending on the amount of bills), and it is necessary to stop smoothly at each of these positions. For this purpose, the driving unit is driven by a stage mechanism by a pantograph mechanism. Is preferably moved up and down.

When the deposited banknotes to be inserted into the deposit port are fed to the deposited banknote transfer section by the deposited banknote transport means, the deposited banknotes are pressed by the upper transport body against the deposited banknote transport means. It is preferable that the depositing banknote pressing portion guides the upper surface of the depositing banknote while feeding it, and as a result, the depositing banknote can be sent to the depositing banknote storing and transferring portion while maintaining the stacking state. Thus, it is possible to guarantee the certainty of the subsequent separation and feeding of one bill.

The deposited banknote pressing portion 21 of the stage mechanism 22 is provided with a pulley 32 at the front of the feeding belt 34.
, And has a front-rear length corresponding to a range from the position immediately after to the regulation guide portion 35 to the position immediately adjacent to the regulation guide portion 35, and near each rear end of the deposit-stacked banknote pressing portion 21 and the frame 25 of the deposit-stacked banknote support portion 20. Are fixedly connected by a vertical rod 44, and this rod 44 is inserted into a rod guide 45 fixed to the machine body 1 side so that the frame 25 and the deposited banknote pressing section 21 can move in parallel in the vertical direction integrally. It is cantilevered, and at the time of ascending (at the time of withdrawal), the withdrawal accumulation banknotes on the upper withdrawal accumulation banknote support portion 20 are pressed against the lower surface of the delivery belt 29 and the withdrawal accumulation banknote is driven by driving the belt 29. 2 is sent out to the dispensing port 2 to the position indicated by the dashed line in FIG. 2 and indicated by the reference symbol P, and the lower deposited integrated banknote pressing portion 21 is largely separated from the upper surface of the feeding belt 34 at that time. When descending (at the time of deposit transfer), the deposit accumulated banknote pressing portion 21 presses the upper surface of the deposited deposit banknotes on the transfer belt 34 to give friction necessary for the transfer to the transfer belt 34 to dispense. The stacking banknote support section 20 is separated from the lower surface of the delivery belt 29 to create a stacking space 19 for deposit reject banknotes.

In FIG. 4 (C), the pressing force of the pressing portion 21 on the upper surface of the deposited banknotes acts as the main pressing force of the weight of the pressing portion 21 and the X lifter 46. Note that the position shown by the solid line of the lever 47 in FIG. 4C is the position when the pressing portion 21 descends on the retracting belt 34 and stops due to its own weight as described above. Therefore, when there is a deposited bill, the pressing portion 21 is placed on the bill by the action of its own weight and applies a pressing force to the transfer belt 34.

As described above, according to the present invention, the operation of depositing and dispensing banknotes in a stacked state can be performed by the stage mechanism operated by one driving mechanism, so that the structure is simplified. Since the number of parts and the space can be reduced, it is possible to provide a small-sized and inexpensive device, and it is easy to incorporate the device into a circulation type banknote pay-in / pay-out device.
