2. Description of the Related Art Insulating concrete floors and wooden floors of apartment houses and detached houses, and impulsive sounds generated by these floor surface materials are transmitted downstairs, causing discomfort to people living downstairs. Cushion floors have been laid to prevent this. The conventional cushion floor has a structure in which a synthetic resin foam sheet is laminated on the back surface of a surface material made of a soft foam, as described in Utility Model Registration No. 30000483, for example.

[0003] In the construction of the above-mentioned cushion floor, a synthetic resin foam sheet surface is bonded to a concrete slab surface or the like with an adhesive during construction. However, the cushion floor is a sheet having a relatively large area, and the back surface of the synthetic resin foam sheet has a smooth surface. The air is trapped between the cushion floor and the concrete slab surface, and the construction is completed with the air kept trapped. This air causes the cushion floor to gradually inflate, causing a poor walking sensation and peeling from the concrete slab surface.

When the cushion floor is installed on a concrete slab surface or the like, the surface of the cushion floor base material on which the concave portions are formed is bonded to the concrete slab surface with an adhesive. At this time, air entrapped between the concrete slab surface and the cushion floor base material surface is expelled from the concave portion to both ends of the foam sheet, so that air does not accumulate on the bonding surface, and the air flows to both sides of the foam sheet. Since the air easily escapes, it can be constructed quickly.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of a cushion floor base material according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. (Example 1) Foamed sheet of polyethylene resin (thickness 1.
A nonwoven fabric (basis weight 20 g / m 2 ) was heat-laminated on one surface of 5 mm, 2000 mm in width. Next, the nonwoven fabric surface is passed through a crimping roll having projections such that a quadrangular pyramid-shaped crimping pattern is formed so that the nonwoven fabric surface is in contact with the crimping roll, and a cushion flooring base material is obtained. A cushion floor sheet was laminated on the surface of the base material opposite to the nonwoven fabric surface with an adhesive, and then wound up with the nonwoven fabric surface facing outward to obtain a cushion floor.
As shown in FIG. 1, the cushion floor 1 was developed and bonded while the nonwoven fabric 22 was bonded to the surface of the adhesive layer 5 applied to the surface of the concrete slab 4. FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a portion A in FIG. 1, and the lower surface of the cushion floor 1 is adhered while leaving a concave portion 23 communicating with the adhesive layer 5.
No air stagnation occurred. Incidentally, 21 is a polyethylene resin foam sheet, and 3 is a cushion floor sheet.

Comparative Example 1 A nonwoven fabric similar to that of Example 1 was laminated on one surface of a polyethylene resin foam sheet (thickness 2 mm, width 2000 mm). When the same nonwoven fabric surface side was applied in the same manner as in Example 1 without embossing, 1-2 air pockets / m 2 of about 500 yen coin size were confirmed from the upper surface of the cushion floor.

The base material for a cushion floor of the present invention is as described above. A nonwoven fabric is laminated on one surface of a synthetic resin foam sheet, and a concave portion is formed on the nonwoven fabric side to communicate with both edges in the width direction of the foam sheet. The air entrained between the concrete slab surface and the cushion floor base material surface is expelled from the recesses to both ends of the foam sheet, so that air does not accumulate on the adhesive surface, causing swelling and walking feeling. And delamination does not occur from the concrete slab surface. In addition, since air can easily escape to both sides of the foam sheet, construction can be performed quickly. In addition, heat insulation is given to the floor surface on which the cushion floor is laid, and unpleasant impact noise is prevented from transmitting downstairs I do.
