Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tatami floor which is excellent in sound insulation performance and has a good walking feeling and a tatami mat using the tatami floor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, the style of tatami has become a Western style while the texture of tatami mats has been strongly supported, so tatami mats can be installed on floorboards at home, in exhibition halls or in halls of inns, or on the floor of a room in a building. There are many examples of tatami mats being spread to form a Japanese-style room. A building material tatami floor whose dimensions and shapes are determined according to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS A5914) is usually applied as such a tatami floor or a tatami floor.
[0003]
However, recently, in order to make it barrier-free from the ocean, a tatami mat having a thickness of about 10 to 20 mm may be used.
[0004]
In such a thin tatami mat, the effect of lowering the floor impact sound is less than that of a normal tatami mat. Therefore, the tatami mat, a cushion material, and a floor material are laminated in this order, and the back surface of the floor material has elasticity. One in which a member is partially adhered has been devised (see Patent Document 1).
[0005]
According to this method, an L-45 (according to JISA1419 light-weight floor impact sound insulation grade) equivalent to a soundproof type directly attached flooring that has come into general use in recent years has been obtained in an apartment house. However, the walking feeling as a tatami mat was not enough.
[0006]
[Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-49851 (FIGS. 1 and 2)
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
On the other hand, tatami mats, which are still most commonly used in apartment buildings, are lined on the lower surface of an insulation board or a plate made of laminated insulation board and polystyrene foam, because of ease of handling and low cost. A thick type tatami mat having a thickness of 30 to 60 mm in which a tatami mat and a tatami mat edge are sewn and integrated on the upper surface of a tatami floor where materials are arranged and sewn and integrated.
However, the sound insulation grade of this tatami mat is about L-55. In the case of old apartment houses, there was no problem with this level of performance, but in recent years, with the spread of soundproofing type L-45 soundproof type direct-attached flooring, compared with the sound insulation performance between the oceans, the sound insulation of Japanese-style rooms The performance is getting worse, and there is a demand for improving the sound insulation performance of thick tatami mats.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to improve the sound insulation performance of a thick tatami mat having a thickness of 30 to 60 mm simply and at low cost without reducing walking sensation.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides an insulation board, or a foam having a thickness of 3 to 5 mm disposed on the upper side of the insulation board of an insulation board or a laminate in which an insulation board and polystyrene foam are laminated. A tatami floor (1), characterized in that a backing material is arranged on the surface on the side and the total thickness of the sewn-in part is 25 to 55 mm.
[0010]
The tatami floor (Claim 2) according to claim 1, wherein the foam having a thickness of 3 to 5 mm is a soft synthetic resin foam sheet or foam rubber.
[0011]
The tatami floor (Claim 3) according to claim 2, wherein the flexible synthetic resin foam sheet is a polyethylene foam having an expansion ratio of 10 to 30 times.
[0012]
A tatami mat having a total thickness of 30 to 60 mm obtained by sewing and integrating a tatami mat and a tatami mat on the upper surface side of the foam of the tatami floor according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
[0013]
The tatami mat and the tatami mat are sewn and integrated on the upper surface side of the foam of the tatami mat floor according to any one of claims 1 to 3, and the tatami mat is arranged on the side opposite to the surface on which the tatami mat is provided. A tatami mat having a total thickness of 30 to 60 mm by sewing a screw straw having a thickness of 2 to 4 mm made of a soft synthetic resin foam on the cut portion.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a total thickness obtained by arranging a foam having a thickness of 3 to 5 mm on the upper surface of a plate, arranging a backing material on the opposite surface of the plate provided with the foam, and sewing and integrating the same. Is 25 to 55 mm, and a tatami mat using the tatami floor.
[0015]
The plate-shaped body used in the present invention is an insulation board (including those obtained by laminating insulation boards) in that the sound insulation and walking feeling of the invention of the present application, in particular, good sound insulation can be obtained. A plate-like body in which a board and a polystyrene foam are laminated is used. The polystyrene foam is preferably a polystyrene foam plate specified in JIS A5914. MDF, which is usually used as a tatami floor, is hard and not preferable.
[0016]
In the present invention, a foam having a thickness of 3 to 5 mm, more specifically, a flexible synthetic resin foam sheet or foam rubber is arranged on a plate-like body, but is arranged so as to be on the back side of the front of the tatami when the tatami is made. By doing so, the sound insulation performance of the tatami mats is improved. When the thickness of the foam is less than 3 mm, the sound insulation performance is not sufficient, and when the thickness exceeds 5 mm, the walking feeling is inferior. It is possible to provide a synthetic resin film, a nonwoven fabric, or the like between the tatami mat and the foam, but it is also possible to provide the tatami mat and the foam so as to directly contact each other.
[0017]
Examples of the foam include a soft synthetic resin foam sheet or foam rubber. As the soft synthetic resin foam sheet, a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polyethylene and polypropylene can be used. A foamed synthetic rubber sheet can also be used, but a foamed polyethylene sheet having a foaming ratio of 10 to 30 times is particularly preferable from the balance between sound insulation and durability. Since soft urethane is hydrolyzed by moisture, it is preferable to avoid using it for the tatami floor of the present invention. If a nonwoven fabric commonly used for a tatami floor is used in place of the foam of the present invention, the sound insulation performance tends to be inferior, which is not preferable. However, it may be used in combination with the foam.
[0018]
The backing material 5 is preferably kraft paper with polyethylene cross yarn, polyester nonwoven fabric, or the like, but is not particularly limited.
[0019]
As the screw straw 6, a soft synthetic resin foam, for example, the same as the above-mentioned soft synthetic resin foam sheet such as polyethylene foam and polypropylene foam can be used, but a material lined with a polyethylene or polypropylene cross yarn is used. The thickness is preferably 2 to 4 mm, and the polyethylene sheet having a foaming ratio of 10 to 40 is preferable because of good balance between sound insulation, irregularity controllability, and durability. A screw straw having a width of 25 mm to 40 mm is preferably used.
In the tatami floor according to the present invention, a foam having a thickness of 3 to 5 mm is arranged on the upper surface of the plate, and a backing material is arranged on the surface on the opposite side of the plate having the foam. It is characterized in that the totalized thickness is 25 to 55 mm.
Further, in a tatami mat having a total thickness of 30 to 60 mm in which the tatami mat and the tatami mat are sewn and integrated on the upper surface side of the foam of the tatami mat, the tatami mat is arranged on the side opposite to the surface where the tatami mat is provided. The sound insulation performance is further improved by sewing and integrating a screw straw having a thickness of 2 to 4 mm made of a soft synthetic resin foam into the part thus formed. In addition, the balance between sound insulation, irregularity adjustability, and durability is improved.
The tatami mat of the present application is obtained by laminating a tatami mat, a foam, a plate-shaped body, and a backing material from the table, and further uses a screw straw in some cases. The tatami mat gives a comfortable walking feeling.
[0020]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0021]
FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing an example of the tatami mat of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, a tatami table 1, a foam 2, an insulation board 3, a polystyrene foam 4, a backing material 5, a screw straw 6, and a tatami edge 7 are arranged from the top.
