Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve soundproof properties and walking effect by constituting the face side contacting the earth with a plurality of polyurethane foam sheets with an uneven pattern. SOLUTION: A one face is prepd. of a highly hard flexible urethane foam sheet 21 (the thickness is 4mm) with a density of 32kg/m<3> , a gas permeability of 36cc/cm<2> /sec and a hardness of 21kg/314cm<2> (JISK-6401). Another face is prepd. of a semi-hard urethane foam sheet 22 (the thickness is 5mm) with a density of 50kg/m<3> , a gas permeability of 18cc/cm<2> /sec and a hardness of 62kg/314cm<2> (JISK-6401) and they are laminated with an adhesive 23. Then, both faces are compressed by heating at 185 deg.C for 120sec by means of a hot press machine wherein both faces are mounted with molds each with an uneven pattern to form a heat-compressed polyurethane foam sheet provided with uneven patterns 24 on its both faces.

In the present invention, the soundproof floor material is as shown in FIG.
Adhesive (not shown), etc. is attached to the floor material main body made by laminating the damping material and the surface material on the plywood so that the multiple layers of urethane foam sheets are located on the side opposite to the floor material main body. The floor material for soundproofing is formed. Therefore, since the ground contact surface is hard and the top surface is softer than the ground contact surface side, when walking, the load is firmly received and the walking feeling is stable. In addition, the presence of polyurethane foam sheets with different hardness improves sound absorption.

The thermal compression polyurethane foam sheet 25 thus formed is obtained by heating and compressing a laminate of a high hardness soft urethane foam sheet 21 and a semi-rigid urethane foam sheet 22 laminated with an adhesive 23. Thus, the unevenness pattern 24 is formed on both surfaces of this laminated body. The heat-compressed polyurethane foam sheet 25 having such a structure is formed on the plywood 26 as shown in FIG.
7, a floor material main body 29 formed by laminating surface materials 28 is adhered with an adhesive (not shown) so that the high-hardness soft urethane foam sheet 21 is located on the side opposite to the floor material main body 29 for soundproofing. A floor material 30 is formed (shown in FIG. 3). Therefore, since the ground contact surface is hard and the top surface is softer than the ground contact surface side, when walking, the load is firmly received and the walking feeling is stable. Further, the presence of the polyurethane foam sheets 25 and 21 having different hardness improves sound absorption.

In the above embodiment, the case where the high-hardness flexible urethane foam sheet and the semi-rigid urethane foam sheet are laminated via the adhesive has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the hot-melt film (heat-bonding film) is used. May be used. Further, the urethane foam sheet is not limited to two layers and may be three layers or more. Further, each urethane foam sheet is not limited to the one in the above-mentioned embodiment, and various combinations already described in the section "Means for solving the problem" can be used.
