There is a method of bonding a rubber-based waterproof sheet or a vinyl chloride resin-based waterproof sheet to a foundation (existing tile rod roof). However, according to this method, when applying the adhesive and applying the waterproof sheet along the shape of the roofing rod, the waterproof sheet is adhered while bending the side edge of the waterproofing sheet along the existing roofing rod. There is a problem in that the workability is poor such as difficulty in wrinkling and easy formation of wrinkles, and furthermore it takes much man-hour.

As a repair method, firstly, both sides of the waterproof sheet A to be used are subjected to bend processing in advance, and rising joints 2 and 3 are formed on both sides of the bottom plate 1 laid between the adjacent tile rods B of the tile roof. . Next, the resin-coated steel sheet C formed in a substantially gate-shape is coated on each of the tile-bar portions B of the existing tile-roof roof, and is firmly fixed to the base E using screws 4. The rising joint 2 formed on one side of the waterproof sheet A is placed and covered, and joined to the coated steel sheet C, and the rising joint 3 formed on the other side of another waterproof sheet A ' It is placed and covered or abuts on the rising joint 2 formed on one side and is joined to the rising joint 2. Similarly, a waterproof sheet A is laid between the tile rod portions B to cover a rising joint 2 formed on one side and a rising joint 3 formed on the other side of another adjacent waterproof sheet A '. Alternatively, they are brought into contact with each other and joined to each other (FIGS. 1 and 2), or another waterproof sheet A ′ adjacent to the rising joint 2 formed on one side of the waterproof sheet A on the upper surface of the resin-coated steel sheet C. The joining process is repeated in such a manner that the rising joints 3 formed on the other side are placed against each other, joined to the coated steel sheet C, and further joined with the joining band sheet D (FIG. 3). Thereafter, the bottom plate 1 of each waterproof sheet A is fixed to the base E by a mechanical fixing method or an adhesive.

As an alternative physical property, the expansion / contraction rate at 80 ° C. for 168 hours is a standard. The elongation is preferably 1.0% or less, more preferably 0.5% or less. 0.2% shrinkage
Or less, more preferably 0.15% or less. That is, when the elongation percentage of the waterproof sheet A exceeds 1.0%, wrinkles occur due to the fixed portion when the mechanical fixing method is used,
This is an aesthetic disadvantage. On the other hand, if the shrinkage rate exceeds 0.2%, it causes a phenomenon of tension at the corner from the bottom plate portion 1 to the tile rod portion B and an increase in separation of the tile rod fixing portion from the resin-coated steel sheet C, resulting in a decrease in wind pressure resistance. This will lead to sheet breakage. The effect on the dimensional stability of the waterproof sheet is different depending on the configuration of the dimensional stability imparting layer. For example, in the case of a woven fabric, the number of threads per unit area and the thickness of the thread, in the case of a nonwoven fabric, the basis weight, metal foil, sheet, film In this case, the effect of the material and thickness is great. Therefore, it is generally difficult to limit each numerical value, and it is necessary to make a comprehensive judgment.

It can also be applied to a roof structure of a design shape having a tile shape, and in the case of a folded plate roof other than a tile bar, it can be repaired in the same way as a tile bar roof using resin-coated steel sheet adapted to the roof structure. According to these methods, renovation in which the workability is simplified can be performed without damaging the design of the tile bar. In addition, since the joining state can be directly confirmed, reliable waterproof performance can be obtained.

A bottom plate part and rising joints are formed on both sides thereof, and a resin-coated steel sheet formed in a substantially gate shape is covered and fixed to each tile part of a tiled roof, and these resin-coated steel sheet and the waterproof sheet are formed. And the rising joint formed on the other side of another adjacent waterproof sheet in the same tile rod portion, and the bottom plate of each waterproof sheet is joined. By fixing to the foundation, adjacent waterproof sheets can be joined at each tile bar part without damaging the design of the existing tile bar, it is easy to check the quality of the joining, and watertightness can be secured, and workability Is greatly improved.

The formed resin-coated steel sheet is covered and fixed to each tile bar portion of the tile-roof roof, and at the top surface of these resin-coated steel sheets, the rising joints of the adjacent waterproof sheets are joined together and joined to the resin-coated steel sheets. By further joining the butt upper surface with the joining band sheet, the adjacent waterproof sheets can be joined at each tile bar portion without damaging the design of the existing tile bar as described above, and the quality of the joining can be determined. Watertightness can be easily checked, workability is greatly improved, and the butt portion is covered with the joining band sheet, so if there is a gap at the butt portion, there is no risk of water leakage and the appearance is excellent. It is a thing.
