Description of the Related Art There is known a bath water purifying apparatus for circulating and purifying bath water by injecting bath water in a bath tub, filtering the water through a filtration tank, and then discharging the water into the bath tub. Since air gradually accumulates in the filtration tank, it is necessary to bleed air every predetermined time. In recent years, a device with a thermal cleaning function of circulating high-temperature water inside the bath water purification device for cleaning has been developed as a countermeasure against Legionella bacteria, etc. In this case, the pressure at the time of temperature rise becomes very high, and therefore, a mechanism for releasing this pressure is also required. For the above-mentioned purpose, in a large-scale bath water purifying apparatus mainly for business use, as shown in FIG. 7, a float type air bleeding valve 99 is provided at the upper part of the filtration tank 21 to thereby perform air bleeding and pressure bleeding. I was going.

In the apparatus, a filter tank for filtering bath water, a pipe for bleeding air from the filter tank, and an on-off valve provided in the pipe are provided, and the pipe is connected to a pipe outside a closed loop. Is a basic feature. In the above configuration, it is possible to reliably release air or pressure by opening the on-off valve. It is desirable to provide an air presence / absence sensor in the filtration tank and control the on-off valve by a signal from the sensor. Alternatively, a pressure sensor may be provided in a closed loop, and the measurement may be performed based on the value of the pressure sensor.

FIG. 1 shows the state of the normal purification mode, and the portion indicated by the dotted line in the figure is a non-operational one in this mode. In FIG. 1, bath water in a bathtub (not shown) enters the bath water purification device from the suction port 24 by the operation of the main pump 20, passes through the hair catcher 23, and switches the switching valve 27 via the main pump 20. Then, it is filtered in the filtration tank 21. The heater 22 heats the water to a predetermined temperature, passes through the switching valve 26, flows out of the discharge port 25 into the bathtub, and is purified by repeating this circulation.

The diameter of the air bleeding pipe 1 is made sufficiently large so that air bleeding and pressure bleeding can be performed smoothly and reliably. An electric open / close valve 2 is provided in the air vent pipe 1. The air release pipe 1 is further connected to a pipe 41, connected to the discharge port 25, and opened to a bathtub (not shown). Here, the air bleeding pipe 1 is not connected to a closed loop in the purification device, and is always connected to the outside of the system. Thereby, the air release and the pressure release of the filtration tank 21 can be efficiently performed.

5). When there is an instruction to release air in step S1, the control device 30 controls the electric on-off valve 2 to open it (step S2). As a result, the air accumulated in the upper part of the filtration tank 21 is discharged from the discharge port 25 to the outside of the system via the air vent pipe 1 and the pipe 41. When the air bleeding is completed by measuring the elapse of a predetermined time or by an operation (step S3), the electric on-off valve 2 is closed and the operation returns to the normal operation (step S4). This air bleeding operation may be a chronological process such as performed once every predetermined time. However, a sensor is provided at the top of the tank to determine whether or not there is air, and the sensor is constantly monitored and opened when air exceeds a predetermined amount. In addition, it is more desirable to perform a process of closing when a predetermined position has been reached, and thus a process without waste can be surely performed. If there is no air bleeding instruction in step S1 and there is a heat cleaning instruction in step S5, the controller 30 switches the switching valve 26 and the switching valve 27 as shown in FIG. Is raised to a predetermined temperature (step S7), and thermal cleaning is performed. During the thermal cleaning, the pressure in the closed loop increases with the temperature rise, so it is necessary to release the pressure in the closed loop once or several times. Therefore, the control device 30 controls the electric on-off valve 2 to open (step S8). Thus, the pressure increase during the thermal cleaning can be released from the discharge port 25 to the outside of the system via the air vent pipe 1 and the pipe 41. During this pressure releasing operation, the pump is stopped. If the pump is not stopped, the hot water in the closed loop whose temperature has been increased will flow into the bathtub. When the thermal cleaning is completed by measuring the elapse of a predetermined time or performing an operation (Step S
9) Return the switching valve 26 and the switching valve 27 to the normal operation state, close the electric open / close valve 2, and return to the normal operation (step S10). The pressure release at the time of this thermal cleaning may be performed as a lapse of time for a predetermined time. It is.
