置時の構造を示す概略図である。同図において、本実施
例に係る防塵装置は、主に、蓋部11及びシート12か
ら構成されている。蓋部11は中空状密閉構造を成し、
内部にはガス供給ホース13を介して外部に設置された
ヘリウムガスボンベ14からのヘリウムガスが注入充填
される。そして、蓋部11の下部にはシート12の端部
がファスナーで簡単に装着可能なチャックやマジックテ
ープ(登録商標)等によって取り付けられて、かつ設置
時には蓋部11側に全体を巻かれている。シート12は
解体対象物である住宅の周囲に予め立てられた、例えば
C.F.R.P.等の軽量樹脂で作られた支柱18にし
っかりと固着される。また、蓋部11の底部には粉塵を
吸いこむ集塵装置15が設けられている。この集塵装置
15は集塵ホース16を介して集塵ポンプ17に結合さ
れている。集塵ポンプ17では集塵装置15によって収
集した解体時に発生する粉塵と水を混合し、混合水を図
示していない貯水タンクへ送る。貯水タンクに一旦貯め
た混合水は濾過装置等を経て工業廃棄物を分離して所定
の処分によって廃棄される。

面の蛇腹状の防塵シートを構成して各帯状のシート毎に
畳み込み可能としたり、又は柔軟性を有する布地で防塵
シートを作成して防塵シート自体に伸縮性を持たせる。
また、防塵シート31はプラスチック板32にマジック
テープ(登録商標)や止め金を用いて取り付けられてお
り、簡単に着脱可能となっている。よって、各防塵シー
ト31と各防塵シート31の上端に取り付けられている
透明なプラスチック板32とによって、作業空間を完全
に覆い、更にプラスチック板32が透明部材を使用した
ことにより重機と呼ばれる特殊車両の操作室から操作者
が防塵シート31に囲まれた内部、そして例えばクラム
シェルバケット、1本爪リッパ、ブレーカ、圧砕機等の
作業装置35を目視できる。従って、防塵シート31に
囲まれた状態による安全を確保しつつ、道路上の掘削等
の作業箇所を目視して作業ができる。
