Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a webbing yarn capable of making a strong frictional force act among the yarns even in water, scarcely slipping knots without untying the knots and withstanding the use as a set net for a long period. SOLUTION: This webbing yarn 21 is capable of webbing a set net by tying thereof to the edge of a fishing net 26 and a rope 26 and attaching the rope 26 to the peripheral edge of the fishing net 26. The webbing yarn 21 is composed by plying a plurality of plied yarns 28 prepared by plying a plurality of single yarns 27 comprising polyester filaments in the direction opposite to the plying direction. The polyester filaments are obtained by compounding a pigment with a polyester polymer, spinning the resultant mixture, providing spun-dyed filaments 24 having 5-10 denier fineness, overfeeding and passing the resultant spun-dyed filaments 24 through a whirled high-pressure air stream, entangling the filaments 24 and forming Taslan textured yarns. The number of final twists of the plied yarns 28 when plying the plurality of plied yarns 28 is half that of the first twists or below when plying the single yarns 27. The residual overfeeding ratio remaining in the spun-dyed filaments 24 constituting the webbing yarn 21 after finishing of plying the plied yarns 28 is >=3%. Looped fluffs 22 floating a part of the spun-dyed filaments 24 are formed on the peripheral surface of the webbing yarn 21.

The short fiber spun yarn is bound by the frictional force acting between the twisted and closely adhered short fibers, and has a strength corresponding to the tension due to the frictional force acting between the short fibers. To maintain the form as a yarn. However, when submerged in water, water penetrates into the short fiber spun yarn, acts as a lubricant that makes the short fibers slip easily, and the frictional force acting between the short fibers is reduced. For this reason, the tailoring yarn using the synthetic fiber spun yarn lacking the moisture swelling property has a problem in durability. For it,
In the case of tailoring yarns using cellulosic fibers such as hemp and cotton, which are rich in hygroscopic swelling, the cellulosic fibers become thicker due to moisture swelling in water, increasing the adhesion between short fibers. In the same manner as described above, water acts as a lubricant, and is liable to be corroded and deteriorated. In particular, in the case of a fixed net, when it is used while being left in water for a long period of time, and when the rope rises and sinks on the waves during that time, the rope 26 and the float 31 and the weight 29 attached to the edge of the fish net 25 are used. In between, the tailoring yarn 21 is repeatedly pulled, and slips occur between the short fibers each time the tailing yarn sinks and sinks. Therefore, the short fiber spun yarn lacks durability as a tailoring yarn for a fixed net. Therefore, as a tailoring yarn for a fixed net, it has been attempted to use a multifilament yarn having a long and continuous fiber made of resin and to make the peripheral surface less slippery. However, there is a problem in slipping a knot with the fishnet 25 or the rope 26. There is.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION In a tailoring yarn 21 of the present invention, the peripheral surface is roughened by a raised ring-shaped fluff 22, the friction coefficient of the peripheral surface is high, and the knot 23 is less likely to loosen or move. However, the original long fibers 2 constituting the ring-shaped fluff 22
If 4 is too thin, the roughness according to its thickness will decrease, while if it is too thick, it becomes difficult to form a ring-shaped fluff 22 during the Taslan processing. The roughness of the tailoring yarn 21 due to the ring-shaped fluff 22 is determined by the number of the single yarn 27 and the length of the original filament 24 constituting the tailoring yarn 21, the single yarn 2 forming the tailoring yarn 21.
7 and the overfeed rate during the Taslan processing.

The reason is that, in the Taslan processing, when the dyed long fiber 24 is passed through the spiral high-pressure airflow by overfeeding (oversupplying) the dyed long fiber 24 as shown in FIG.
In 4, a partial slack occurs in accordance with the overfeed rate, and at the same time, a tangling occurs between a plurality of original long fibers in a continuous portion 20 that continues in a straight line without loosening. The slackened portions 1 to 19 and the continuous portion 20 are formed by a plurality of original filaments (a, b, c, d, e, f,
g, h), which are randomly generated in each of the fibers (a, b, c,
d, e, f, g, h) between the continuous portion 20 and other continuous filaments (a, b, c, d, e,
f, g, h). As a result, the continuous state of the individual filaments 24 becomes loose (1 to 1).
Even if it is interrupted in 19), the continuous state of the original filament 24 is maintained in the entire single yarn 27, and even if a strong tension is applied, the slack portions (1 to 19) are not stretched linearly, and the slack portions are not stretched. The shape of the ring-shaped fluff 22 protruding from the peripheral surface of the single yarn 27 of (1 to 19) is maintained.

[0008] However, the original filament 24 having a too fine size is too thick.
In this case, the flexibility is low, and the slack portions (1 to 19) are difficult to be finely formed. In addition, the original long fibers 24 (a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h) of the single yarn 27 are formed.
When the number of fibers becomes small, the continuous portions 20 of the continuous filaments (a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h) interrupted by the slack portions 1 to 19 are entangled and connected. , The number of continuous portions 20 of the original long fibers (a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h) is also reduced, and the tension acts to make the slack portions (1 to 19) and the ring-shaped fluff 22 Is easily stretched in a straight line. This means that the single yarn 27 constituting the tailoring yarn 21
And the tension acting on the tailoring yarn 21 is less than that of each single yarn 2
The same applies to the case of acting strongly on. If the overfeed rate during the Taslan processing is small, the ring-shaped fluff 22 cannot be formed, and if it is large, the continuous portion 20 is shorter than the slack portion (1 to 19), The continuous state of the long fibers 24 is not maintained.

The number of priming twists is less than half of
This is to prevent the second yarn 2 from being stretched by the tension applied to the tailoring yarn 21. That is, when the number of upper twists at the time of the plying of the plying yarn 28 is set to be equal to or less than half of the number of priming at the time of the plying of the single yarn 27, a plurality of the plying yarns 28 are plied to finish the tailoring yarn 21. After that, the plying of the single yarn 27 in the opposite direction to the plying of the plying yarn 28 in the opposite direction remains in the tailoring yarn 21 and tensions the tailoring yarn 21 to form the plying. When the untwisting torque acts in the reverse direction, the untwisting torque acts in the lower twist direction when the single yarn 27 is twisted, and the slack portion (1 to 19) of the original filament 24 in the single yarn 27 This is because it is difficult to stretch the nap-like fluff 22.

The ring-shaped fluff formed in the Taslan processing of long fibers (filament yarns) is a portion where the long fibers are loosened due to overfeed, and when the long fibers are strongly strained, they are stretched and disappear. However, in the present invention, the number of long fibers constituting the single yarn is a plurality, and a continuous portion that continues in a straight line without loosening connects the loosened portions, A plurality of the single yarns are plied, and a plurality of the plied yarns are further plied.
Since the number of times of twisting is less than half of the number of times of twisting,
When the single yarn is twisted, the twisted ply of the bottom twist remains even after the upper twist, and has a form of a twisted yarn in which a plurality of single yarns are twisted. For this reason,
When the tailoring yarn is tensioned, the twists caused by the twisting and the twisting due to the lower twisting are applied, so that the original filaments adhere strongly to each other.
It is more than denier, and the knot tied to the rope or fishnet is firmly fixed by the roughness, and the knot does not come loose even when used as a fixed net.

[0014] Fish reacts sensitively to color, and the fish keeps away when the tailoring thread changes color. However, the tailoring yarn is a polyester fiber having high weather resistance, which is originally deposited, and does not discolor because the pigment is interposed in the fiber, and the discoloration does not affect the catch. At the same time, the synthetic fiber in which the foreign matter is blended into the spinning loses elasticity, but the pigment blended with the polyester fiber polymer is also a kind of foreign matter, and as a result, the wrinkle-like fluff becomes coarse and hard, increasing the roughness. The knot with the rope or fishnet is fixed firmly and it is difficult to untie.

In particular, as shown in a specific example, the number of single yarns constituting the tailoring yarn is 6 or more, and the total number of original filaments constituting each single yarn is 70 to 150, and the original filaments are Of fineness of 5 to 10 denier, and total denier of tailoring yarn is 4
When the denier is 0000 denier or more and the number of ply twists is 70 to 180 turns / m, which is less than half of the number of ply twists, the straight continuous portion by the Taslan processing reinforces the slackened portion, and the inside of the tailored yarn under the scorching sun Until the ultraviolet rays enter, a durable tailored yarn can be obtained.
