Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a surface plate for a ceiling from waving in the case of using one surface plate for a ceiling even when intervals between ceiling joists are widened, to uniform the pitch of ceiling joists on the first and second stories, and to reduce cost and to speed up construction by reducing the number of ceiling joists to be used. SOLUTION: A longitudinally downward protruded stripe 2 is protruded at the approximately center location of the width direction of a narrow metal plate to constitute a joiner 3. The joiners 3 are arranged on the lower surface parts of a plurality of ceiling joists 4 arranged in parallel at intervals in such a way as to intersect the ceiling joists 4 at right angels. Surface plates 5 for a ceiling are arranged over the lower surface parts of the plurality of ceiling joists 4 arranged at intervals. Then the side faces of the surface plates 5 for a ceiling are brought into contact with the protruded stripes 2 of the joiners 3 at the adjacent sections of the surface plates 5 for a ceiling, and the back surfaces of the end parts of the surface plates 5 for a ceiling are brought into contact with the lower surfaces of the joiners 3. The end parts of the surface plates 5 for a ceiling are fastened to the ceiling joints 4 by fastening devices 6 via the joiners 3.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a plurality of ridges 4 are juxtaposed at an interval, and a ceiling portion such as a gypsum board extends over the lower surface of the plurality of ridges 4. As shown in FIG. The face plate 5 is arranged and fixed to the field edge 4 by a fixing tool such as a nail or a screw.

[0003] By the way, as the ceiling face plate 5 such as a gypsum board, there are a case where two gypsum boards are stacked and a case where one gypsum board is used. For example, on the first floor, 12.5 mm thick,
Two 9.5-mm-thick ones are used. On the second floor, one 9.5-mm-thick one is used. Since the ceiling face plate 5 in which two gypsum boards are stacked has high strength and is unlikely to generate waving, the interval between the bezels 4 can be widened (for example, the pitch between the bezels 4 can be 455 mm). Since the ceiling face plate 5 composed of one gypsum board has a low strength, if the distance between the ridges 4 is widened, undulation is likely to occur, and therefore, the distance between the ridges 4 is smaller than that of two piles. It is necessary to make it narrow (for example, the pitch between the ridges 4 is made 364 mm as in the conventional example shown in FIG. 6).

As described above, in the related art, the distance between the ridges 4 differs between the case of the ceiling face plate 5 composed of one gypsum board and the case of the ceiling face plate 5 in which two gypsum boards are stacked. Therefore, there is a problem that the pitches of the ridges 4 cannot be unified on the first and second floors, and in the case of the ceiling face plate 5 composed of one gypsum board, the interval between the ridges 4 is narrow. There is a problem that the number of used 4 increases, the material cost increases, and the construction is troublesome and time-consuming.

As the ceiling face plate 5 for forming the Western style ceiling, for example, there are a case where two gypsum boards are stacked and a case where one gypsum board is used. In the embodiment, a 12.5 mm thick gypsum board and a 9.5 mm thick gypsum board are stacked on the first floor, and one 9.5 mm thick gypsum board is used on the second floor. Here, since the interval between the bezels 4 is set to the width in the case of using the ceiling face plate 5 in which two gypsum boards are stacked as described above, the two ceiling face plates 5 in the first floor are used. Not to wave, even if the ceiling face plate 5 composed of one gypsum board is used for the ceiling face plate 5 on the second floor, the upper surface of the ceiling face plate 5 between the bezels 4 The end portion is brought into contact with the joiner 3 so as to be in a regulated state to prevent waving. Therefore, even if the interval between the bezels 4 is unified with the gap size when the ceiling face plate 5 in which two gypsum boards are stacked as described above (for example, the pitch between the bezels 4 is 455 mm), The ceiling face plate 5 composed of one gypsum board can be attached without waving.

In the case of a Japanese-style ceiling, the joiner 3 is mounted on and fixed to the upper surface of the edge 4 at right angles to a plurality of edge 4 arranged side by side at a predetermined interval. It is designed to eliminate level irregularities. Also,
As described above, the pitch between the ridges 4 on each of the first floor and the second floor in the same building can be set to 455 mm. The Japanese ceiling material 10 can be fixed to the lower surface of the field edge 4 by arranging the Japanese ceiling material 10 in parallel with the field edge 4 as shown in FIGS. It is what becomes. In other words, the commercially available Japanese ceiling material 10 is generally constructed by fixing the base bar 10b to the back of a face plate 10a such as a gypsum board having a wood-grained decorative layer such as cedar mat on the surface. The width of the material 10 is generally 455 mm.
By setting it to 55 mm, even if the Japanese ceiling material 10 is arranged in parallel to the edge 4 as shown in FIG. 4, the base beam 10 b at the end in the width direction of the Japanese ceiling material 10 is used as shown in FIG. 5. The lower surface of the edge 4 is fixed to one half of the lower surface by a fixing tool 6 such as a nail or a screw, and the base rail 10b of another adjacent Japanese ceiling material 10 is in contact with the other half of the lower surface of the field edge 4. At the same time, it can be attached by fitting the projection 11 of the base bar 10b into the recess 12 of the base bar 10b of the Japanese ceiling material 10 which has already been fixed.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a joiner is formed by projecting a downwardly projecting ridge in the longitudinal direction substantially at the center of the elongated metal plate in the width direction. ,
A joiner is arranged on the lower surface of the plurality of side edges arranged side by side at right angles to the field edge, and a ceiling face plate is arranged so as to extend over the lower side of the plurality of side edges arranged side by side across the distance. In a position adjacent to the ceiling face plates, the side end surface of the ceiling face plate abuts on the ridge of the joiner, and the end back surface of the ceiling face plate abuts on the lower surface of the joiner, and the end of the ceiling face plate passes through the joiner. The edge of the ceiling face plate is regulated by the joiner because it is fixed to the ridge by the fastener, and the ceiling face undulates when one ceiling face plate is used even if the interval between the ridges is widened. This makes it possible to cope with various things such as one composed of one gypsum board as a ceiling face plate, and two laminated gypsum boards, and as a result, in the same building, On the first and second floor Can unify the pitch of the edge, also,
This reduces costs by reducing the number of ridges used and speeds construction.
