[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) This invention relates to a composite panel material that is used for various purposes such as fire prevention, sound insulation, and heat insulation.

(Prior art) For example, as shown in FIG. 9, a case where a soffit panel 5 is attached to the eaves of a building 1 via a mounting frame 2 parallel to the wall surface and a decorative gable panel 4 covering the outer surface of a fascia 3. Since the space 7 formed under the roof plate 6 is isolated from the outside, dew condensation occurs in the space 7 due to the temperature difference with the outside air. In order to prevent this, holes 8 may be provided in the eaves ceiling panel 5 to communicate the space 7 with the outside, but if a fire breaks out nearby, fire will enter the space 7 through the holes 8. This poses a major problem in terms of fire prevention measures. For this reason, in recent years, there has been a tendency to use a composite panel as the eave ceiling panel 5, in which a plate-like material having functions such as fire prevention and heat insulation is polymerized onto a substrate such as metal. In addition, such a composite panel with a polymer structure can be used as an indoor/outdoor wall board, ceiling board, floor board, or for purposes other than buildings, in addition to the eaves/soffit panel 5, and can also be used as a thick plate material with a material having a soundproofing function. It is used as soundproof walls and wall panels to enhance acoustic effects.

However, conventional composite panels of this type have the disadvantage that manufacturing is very time-consuming because the metal substrate and the thick plate-like material are generally fixed with adhesive, and also when the substrate is made of iron. The use of expensive adhesives such as epoxy adhesives that require advanced adhesive technology increases material and manufacturing costs, and furthermore, the thick plate material is made of permeable materials such as fireproof gypsum board. In some cases, the adhesive is used in a highly concentrated state to prevent penetration, resulting in increased adhesive consumption and is difficult to coat due to its high viscosity.

(Structure of the device) This device has parallel strips protruding from one side of a metal substrate each having a locking hole, and is formed by bending a single elastic material into a straight line connecting both ends of the intermediate main portion. claws are provided at key points of the holding members that extend alternately to both sides of the substrate, and a thick plate-like material having at least one of fireproofing, soundproofing, and heat insulation functions is superposed between both strip portions of the substrate;
By fitting both ends of the holding member into the locking holes of both strip parts, the plate-like material is sandwiched between the holding member and the substrate which are bridged between both the strip parts, and the holding member This relates to a composite panel material in which claws are cut into a thick plate-like material.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, the composite panel material 11 is composed of a metal substrate 12 such as a thin iron plate, three thick plate-like materials 13 superimposed on one side of the metal substrate 12, and a pressing member 14.

The metal substrate 12 has strip portions 15, 15 on both side edges parallel to each other on one side thereof, and three strip portions in the width direction.
Protrusions 16, 16 located at equally dividing positions are both formed by bending the original plate, and one thick plate-like material 13 is placed between these, respectively, to form the base plate 12. It is made to polymerize.
Thus, two locking holes 17 are arranged at the mutually opposing positions of both strip parts 15, 15 at a required interval.
a, 17b are drilled, and these locking holes 17a, 1
The height of 7b is set to correspond to the surface position of the thick plate material 13 in the polymerized state. In addition, the ends 15a, 15a of each strip portion 15 facing the eaves side and the wall side of the substrate 12 are separated from the required portions by the cuts 18, and after the thick plate-like material 13 is superposed, they are bent toward the surface side, This is to prevent the protruding portions of the strip portions 15 from getting in the way when the panel material 11 is attached. On the other hand, the protrusions 16, 16 are formed for design purposes, and their height is set to be at or below the same level as the surface of the thick plate material 13 in the polymerized state.

The holding member 14 is formed by bending a single elastic metal rod, and has U-shaped strip bent portions 19, 19 extending in opposite directions in the same plane near both ends, and has pin Both tips 20a and 20b of the shape are arranged parallel to the intermediate straight portion 21 and shifted from each other by a required distance on opposite sides of the straight portion 21. In addition, a claw 22 is formed with a notch on the circumferential surface of this straight portion 21.
...is provided. This holding member 14 is attached to the substrate 12
After polymerizing the thick plate material 13, the tip 20a is inserted into the locking hole 17a using elasticity, and the tip 20b is inserted into the locking hole 17a.
By fitting into the locking hole 17b, a staggered bridge is formed between the two strip parts 15, 15, and the curved part 19,
19 and the straight portion 20 abut against the surface of the thick plate material 13 to prevent it from lifting off from the substrate 12.
At this time, the end side portion 19a of each curved portion 19 in the direction perpendicular to the straight portion 20 comes into elastic contact with the side surface of the strip portion 15 to prevent the presser member 14 from coming off, and both curved portions 19, 19 are the same. Rotation of the holding member 14 is prevented by arranging them in opposite directions within the plane.
Furthermore, the claws 22 of the holding member 14 bite into the surface of the thick plate-like material 13, and prevent the plate-like material 13 from moving laterally.

As the thick plate material 13, asbestos-based material boards, gypsum boards, asbestos cement boards, etc. are generally used for fire prevention purposes, and thick molded materials such as foamed polyurethane and foamed polyethylene are used for soundproofing and heat insulation purposes. However, it is also possible to use a structure in which different materials are stacked in a sandwich-like structure so as to have multiple functions.

The composite panel material 11 having the above-mentioned structure has the above-mentioned first
When used as a soffit panel as shown in the figure, for example, as shown in FIG. The upper edge 2 of the mounting frame 23 is fitted, and in this state, the entire unit is rotated upward around the end 11a and placed horizontally via the mounting frame (not shown) on the other end side.
3a and the lower edge 23b and is automatically positioned and held without loosening. Also, mounting frame 2
3, in order to enable such attachment, the positional relationship between the upper and lower edges 23a and 23b is determined so that the opening width is wide in the diagonally downward direction and narrow in the horizontal direction.

Further, the shape of the presser member 14 can be changed in various ways other than the above embodiments, for example, as shown in FIGS. 8A to 8D. In other words, the holding member 14 is formed by bending a single elastic metal rod to hold the intermediate main portion 1 in place so as to prevent rotation and facilitate elastic deformation during installation.
Any shape can be used as long as it has a shape in which the 4a extends alternately to both sides of the straight line l connecting both ends.

Further, in the above embodiment, the strips 15 are provided protruding only on both side edges of the panel material 11, but such strips are also arranged in the middle to have a length corresponding to the distance between each strip. It is also possible to use a plurality of holding members. Furthermore, depending on the length of the panel material 11, the holding member may be attached at a plurality of locations to strengthen the holding effect of the thick plate-like material.

(Special effects of the invention) The composite panel material according to this invention has fireproofing, soundproofing,
Since the thick plate-like material having at least one function of heat insulation and the metal substrate are superimposed and fixed using an elastic presser member, there is no need to use an adhesive as in the past, and it is possible to All of the increased costs and manufacturing difficulties associated with adhesives are avoided. Moreover, it has a simple structure and can be procured at low cost.
Since each part is independent and easy to assemble, it is also possible to transport the parts as parts and assemble them at the construction site.
