Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag for packaging an article which has to avoid fine dust extremely, capable of preventing dust from being brought into a clean room and saving labor of the packaging work. SOLUTION: This bag is made of a film which does not permeate fine dust and constituted of an internal bag 2 holding an article C and an external bag 3 covering the outside face of the internal bag. A pair of internal bag-forming pieces 5, 5 are superposed with each other and sealed at least along both sides to form the internal bag opened at the top side and completely cover one side face of the internal bag. A pair of external bag-forming pieces 6, 6 formed so that at least both sides and the bottom side project outward from the internal bag are superposed on both the faces of the internal bag and sealed along both sides and the bottom side to form the external bag opened at the upper side. The bag material is sealed along the upper sides of the internal bag and the external bag in a state an article is contained in the internal bag to form the packaging bag.

2. Description of the Related Art In general, this type of packaging bag is opened in a clean room so that dust does not adhere to an object to be packaged. However, if dust adheres to the outer surface of the packaging bag during a distribution channel or during storage. You will not be able to bring it into the clean room. Therefore, conventionally, the packaging bag has a double-bag shape including an inner bag for storing an article to be packaged and an outer bag covering the outer surface of the inner bag, and the outer bag is opened just before the clean room. The inner bag was taken out, and the inner bag was opened in a clean room to take out the article to be packaged.
