Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make opening stability satisfactory by a method wherein incision lines each formed of a number of incisions respectively being aslant towerd both sides are provided in the plural number at an external package body. SOLUTION: The exterior of a rectangular parallelepiped article 10 is wrapped up with an external package body 20 made of a transparent plastic film, and the external package body 20 is sealed up with seal-up parts 21A and 21B folded down for sealing toward both sides and a seal-up belt 22, and a plurality of incision lines 25 are provided at the center of the external packag body. Each of the incision lines 25 has a structure wherein a number of incisions respectively put aslant toward both sides are provided. Namely, each of the incisions is shaped in pairs that expands toward the outside approximately at an angle of 20 deg. against the direction of running and arranged successively to form one line of the incision lines 25. Thereby, even though the external package body 20 is provided, being such close to the rectangular parallelepiped article 10, it can be opened easily.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a rectangular parallelepiped article package which has an improved openability without using a tear tape (opening tape).

2. Description of the Related Art In general, tape cassette storage boxes for audio and video, and boxes for cigarettes and caramels are made of a thin and transparent outer film made of, for example, a polypropylene film on the outside for storing products. It is tightly packed by the body. Since the outer package is packaged in close contact with the box, it is difficult to open the package as it is. Therefore, it has been common practice to integrate an opening tape and open using the opening tape. However, when the opening tape is used, the opening tape can be seen through from the outside, and one end of the opening tape is overlapped, so that the appearance is deteriorated. In addition, the use of the opening tape requires an opening tape and an operation of integrating the tape, resulting in an increase in cost.

[0003] Therefore, without using such an opening tape,
Numerous means have been proposed as good means. For example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 4-84166, a plurality of linear perforations that do not reach the edge portions are provided on a seal band on which a film of an exterior body is superimposed.
As disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 70, there is shown a configuration in which an opening start portion combining an unsealed portion and a cut is provided in a part of a seal band on which a film of an exterior body is overlapped to facilitate tearing. However, if a perforation or an unsealed portion is used in the seal band portion where the films are stacked as described above, the process of providing the outer package becomes complicated, and the opening property is not stable.

[0004] Therefore, as a new opening method, it is mentioned that perforations are continuously provided in the center portion of the exterior body. However, with a configuration in which one linear perforation is provided, the exterior body is pushed right and left and expanded. Even if it did, it was difficult to open it. Thus, with a configuration in which two perforations on a straight line were provided, the package could be easily opened when the outer package was pushed right and left. However, in the case of a configuration in which two perforations on a straight line are provided, although opening is facilitated, there is a problem that an accident of unexpectedly opening may occur.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the present invention, which is a package A in which the outside of a rectangular parallelepiped object 10 is packaged with an outer package 20 made of a transparent plastic film. The exterior body 20 is sealed by sealing portions 21A and 21B that are folded and sealed on both sides and a sealing band 22, and a plurality of cut lines 25 are provided at the center. Here, as shown in FIG. 2, the cut line 25 has a configuration in which a large number of cut lines 26 extending outward and inclined are continuously provided. The score line 25 may be provided in two or more rows, but is preferably provided in a range of three to five rows.
It is preferable from the viewpoint of openability and stability.

The plastic film is made of polypropylene, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate,
A stretched film made of any one of polyvinyl chloride is suitable, and can be adhered by heat shrinking after packaging the object. In addition, by providing a printed layer for display and coloring on the back surface of the plastic film used for the exterior body 20, the advertising effect and the decoration effect can be improved. At the time of opening, as shown in FIG. 3, by pressing both sides of the score line 25 with a finger and moving it to open both sides, the portion of the score line 25 can be cut right and left and opened.

Here, the cut line 26 of the cut line 25 will be specifically described. When the cuts 26 are described with reference to FIG. 2, the cuts 26 are continuously provided in a pair of configurations that extend diagonally outward by about 20 degrees with respect to the flow direction, and a single cut line 25 is formed. In practice, the above-described cut line 25 is provided in two or more rows. Here, the cut line 26 forming the cut line 25 is provided in the above-mentioned shape and in a symmetrical shape so that the film can be easily opened, there is no gap, and the film can be opened without leaving any cut end of the film in the opened portion. Can be.
