他縁部(1b)とを板紙厚さ(t)の略1/2づつ削り
取り、表面側一縁部(1a)に表側薄肉部(2)の、裏
面側他縁部(1b)に裏側薄肉部(3)の段加工を施
し、第三工程で広幅板紙(1)から周壁幅(S)の帯状
板紙(4)を段加工の長手方向に直交して得、帯状板紙
(4)が長手方向の一端側に表側薄肉部(2)を、他端
側に裏側薄肉部(3)を位置しており、第四工程で帯状
板紙(4)の長手方向を円形に湾曲し、一端側の表側薄
肉部(2)と、他端側の裏側薄肉部(3)とを相互に重
ね合わせて貼着し、帯状板紙(4)の繋ぎ目(4a)を
周壁幅(S)に対して最短にしたことを特徴とする紙蓋
