2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, inorganic plates used for exterior materials of houses and the like are used for surface decoration and for improving nonflammability, chemical resistance, water resistance, weather resistance, dimensional stability and the like. It is painted on. Before coating, a sealer treatment is performed to apply a sealer coating on the surface of the inorganic base material before the top coating in order to enhance the adhesion between the top coating and the inorganic base material and the surface uniformity of the top coating. .
Using a coater such as a roller coater, a flow coater, or a spray, a clear paint adjusted to a constant viscosity is applied once as a sealer paint on the surface of the inorganic base material after curing and curing.

However, the conventional sealer treatment method as described above often fails to provide the desired adhesion to the inorganic base material or the topcoat paint expected for the sealer treatment. That is, when the viscosity of the coating material for the sealer is low, the coating material is excessively impregnated into the inorganic base material, the surface after coating becomes porous, and the adhesion to the top coating material is reduced. In addition, when the viscosity of the sealer coating is high, the adhesion between the sealer coating and the top coating is improved, but the impregnation into the inorganic base material is insufficient, and the adhesion with the inorganic base material is reduced. I will.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The method for treating a sealer of an inorganic plate according to the invention of the present application will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the method for treating a sealer of an inorganic plate according to the invention of the present application, as described above, a sealer coating is applied to the surface of the inorganic base material plural times while gradually increasing the viscosity. By this coating, Fig. 1 <a>
As illustrated in the above, the surface of the inorganic base material (1) is coated with a low-viscosity sealer paint, and the impregnating property due to the low viscosity is exerted. Is formed. At this time, the surface of the impregnated layer (2) is still porous like the surface of the inorganic substrate (1). However, the pores on the surface of the impregnated layer (2) are, as exemplified in FIG. 1 <b>,
Next, it is filled with a medium-viscosity sealer paint to be coated, and an adhesion layer (3) is formed. The adhesion layer (3) adheres well to the inorganic substrate (1) due to the presence of the impregnation layer (2). Then, as illustrated in FIG. 1 <c>, a high-viscosity top-coating paint (4) applied on the adhesion layer (3)
Closely adheres to the adhesion layer (3). Thus, the adhesion between the coating material for the sealer, the inorganic base material (1), and the coating material for the top coat (4) is improved, and a good adhesion state is realized.

[0008] In the sealer treatment method for an inorganic plate of the present invention, a water-based emulsion paint can be used as a paint for the sealer. Although the viscosity is not particularly limited, for example, the value measured with a BM viscometer at 6 rpm before water dilution is about 80 to 150 poise, and this can be adjusted by appropriately diluting with water. For example, the viscosity can be adjusted by diluting the sealer paint to 1 with a weight ratio of water to about 0.5 to 2 for the dilution.

In the sealer treatment method for an inorganic plate of the present invention, when the sealer treatment is performed, as shown in FIG. 2, a shower coater (5) is used to coat the sealer coating (6) with an inorganic base material. Shower coating can be applied to the entire surface of the material (1), including the opening. Kiguchi can be painted at the same time by shower painting. After the shower coating, the sealer coating (6) coated with the sponge roll (7) can be pressed down.

By the pressing with the sponge roll (7), the sealer coating (6) is converted into the inorganic base material (1).
Satisfactorily impregnates the surface of the sealer and is effective for improving the adhesion, and the uniformity of application of the sealer coating (6) is improved. Insufficiency of impregnation of the sealer coating (6) and uneven coating are eliminated. Sponge roll (7) for sealer paint (6)
After pressing down, the excess sealer paint (6) can be removed using an air knife (8) and collected in a paint recovery booth (9).

As illustrated in FIG. 3, the paint pool (10) which is easily formed on the surface of the inorganic substrate (1) and at the tip of the tip is removed by air (11) blown out from an air knife (8). Is done. Paint pool (10)
The foaming, swelling, etc. caused by the above are prevented. Further, in the sealer treatment method for an inorganic plate of the invention of the present application, a pigment or the like can be mixed with the paint for the sealer to make the same color as the paint for the top coat. When the paint for the sealer and the paint for the top coat are the same color, the color of the inorganic base material does not appear as it is even if the thickness of the paint film for the top coat is reduced due to aging, and it is beautiful for a long time. Can be maintained. The concealability of the inorganic base material is improved.

EXAMPLES Examples 1 to 3 A paint for sealer (KPA sealer (water-based emulsion paint) manufactured by Kansai Paint) was diluted in a weight ratio of 0.5 to 2 with respect to 1 for the paint. While adjusting the viscosity, the surface of the inorganic base material was applied a plurality of times while gradually increasing the viscosity, and a sealer treatment was performed. The sealer treatment was performed according to the steps shown in FIG. 2, and the conditions were as shown in Table 1. Comparative Examples 1-2 The same paint as the sealer used in Examples 1-3 was diluted with paint 1 as water 1 and the viscosity was 50 poise.
Was adjusted. This sealer coating was applied to the surface of the inorganic base material by roll coating (Comparative Example 1) and spray coating (Comparative Example 2).
