【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は金属製パイプの

に対向して配し、該固定縦フレームと可動縦フレームの
夫々に上記第1乃至第3支持輪を互いに対向して設け、
上記可動縦フレームの上記接近離間動により上記両フレ
ームの第1乃至第3支持輪間の相対間隔を設定する構成
にする。更に上記固定縦フレームと可動縦フレームの夫
々にフランジセッティング装置を具備させる。そして、
該各フランジセッティング装置には上記金属製フランジ
の周面の二つのボルト孔に挿入する一対の吊りピンと、
該各対の吊りピンを正方向と逆方向の雄ねじを形成した
スクリューシャフトに螺合させ該スクリューシャフトの
回動により各対の吊りピンの相対間隔を上記金属フラン
ジの二つのボルト孔に適合するように設定する手段と、

進退動する手段とを具備させ、該各対の吊りピンの上下
動と進退動により上記金属製フランジを吊り上げて上記
