Description

ＤＬＣ膜が被覆されるシャフト基体およびスリーブ基体の材質は金属系の材料であり、例えばステンレス鋼（ＪＩＳに規定されるＳＵＳ３０３、ＳＵＳ４２０Ｊ等）、プリハードン鋼、ダイス鋼、ハイス鋼、鉄、銅および銅合金（例えばＣ３０００シリーズ等）、真ちゅう、アルミニウムおよびアルミニウム合金（例えばＡ２０００シリーズ、Ａ７０００シリーズ等）などがある。
さらに、特開平６−２４１２３２号公報の記載に準じ、無電解ニッケル液に多結晶のダイヤモンド粒子クラスタを分散させ、ニッケルとともに共析させたダイヤモンド粒子クラスタ薄膜を、ＤＬＣ膜のかわりに用いるほかはサンプルNo.１０１と同様にしてサンプルNo.１０７を得た。
