As described above, in the conventional continuous rice cooking system, the rice is cooked by the continuous movement system in which the rice cooker A is moved while the rice cooker A is moving. Disadvantages. 1. Since it is necessary to cook rice by adjusting the combustion amount of each gas burner and the conveying speed of rice cooker A, the presence of a veteran operator who can perform adjustment of fire control etc. is indispensable, and over time In a food factory where the same quality is always required because the rice cooking conditions are easy to change,
You will struggle with quality control. 2. In the factory, since the entrance of the rice cooker 28 is kept open, the combustion exhaust gas and radiant heat are exhausted from the room to increase the air conditioning load, and the combustion exhaust gas is exhausted to the room. Causes environmental degradation.

[Action] For automatic rice cooking, a washing device, a immersion rice injecting device, a water injection device, and a lid closing device are provided along the transport line, and the rice cooker coming through each of these devices is a rice cooker. Is carried into the rice cooker room of the rice cooker by the loading / unloading device from the transport line. When the rice cooker is carried in, the surface burning gas burner is ignited and rice cooking is started. Completion of rice cooking is determined by a heat sensor provided in contact with the bottom of the rice cooker or by a time calculated in advance based on thermal power, amount of cooking, and the like. At this timing, combustion of the gas burner is stopped. The rice cooker for which the rice cooking has been completed is carried out of the rice cooking room by the carry-in / carry-out device and returned to the transport line. The cooked rice cooker returned to the transport line then passes through a steaming device, during which steaming is performed, and then becomes a product via a stirring device and a cooling device.

The metal knit gas burner 25 of the embodiment is
A surface-burning burner in which heat-resistant metal fibers are knitted. However, a metal fiber gas burner (MFB) can be used as the other surface combustion gas burner.
This metal fiber gas burner is an application of a metal fiber mat (MFM) in which special metal fibers are layered in layers and pressed and sintered.
Both the metal knit and the metal fiber gas burner have a red heat mode in which the burner surface is red-heated to generate radiant heat, and a blue flame mode function in which the burner is burned at a load about 10 times as high as that of the red heat mode. Further, the surface combustion gas burners of the above two examples burn by premixing and do not require secondary air. The air ratio during premixing is 1.3.

The rice cooker and rice cooker system according to the present invention have the above-described configuration and operation, and have the following effects. 1. The gas burner in the rice cooker uses all primary air (air ratio =
By adopting a low NOx burner (surface combustion gas burner) that completely burns in 1.3), the target of heating efficiency can be set at about 50% with reduction of combustion exhaust gas and energy saving effect by high efficiency combustion. 2. With the use of all primary air and surface combustion gas burners,
The NOX level can be about 10 ppm (O 2 = 0%).

3. Although the whole system is continuous, the rice cooker is kept stationary without moving the pot during rice cooking, and moves to the steaming zone after the rice cooking is completed. Therefore, operation management (operation management by numerical values) using sensors or the like becomes easy. Moreover, thinning operation and individual maintenance for each rice cooker can be performed as needed. As a result, high-quality rice can be obtained, the hardness of the rice can be changed by changing the degree of water addition for each rice cooker, and cooked rice can be cooked by adding some cooked rice to the line. 4. Since a water cooker before and after rice cooking, which is required in a conventional continuous rice cooking system, is not required, total energy saving such as water and fuel and shortening of time required for rice cooking can be achieved.

[5] By taking in all the combustion air from the outside as primary air, the air-conditioning load can be reduced, and by employing a structure utilizing air insulation, the deterioration of the working environment and the rise in indoor temperature due to radiant heat can be suppressed. 6. At the time of cooking rice, a factor that seems to have a large effect on the basis of the basic program can be input as needed, and combustion control can be performed automatically. 7. Since the gas burner performs all primary air combustion, the amount of exhaust gas is small, and a large exhaust hood and an exhaust duct as in the related art are not required. Therefore, the factory can have a building structure with a low ceiling.
