精度の向上が出来る施工管理に係るものである。今実施
例で詳細に説明すると測量によって出された中心線に合
わせ布設しょうとする円形管上に滑り止めゴム板(4)
が付いた筒状水平板(1)を乗せ、左右の管外径に接地
するゴム板付アーム(2)とその筒状水平板(1)中心
上部に固定される気泡管(5)と垂直測尺(3)を一体
として円上で自立させ求心と高さを計測する施工用測定
器である。従来、吊り下げられている不安定な円形管を
中心線に管の中心と布設高を合わせる作業は経験を有す
る者が下げ振りや長い棒に気泡管を取付たものを縦にし
て水平移動をしながら管中心を求め、メジャーやスタッ
フ、ばか棒による高さの計測とを交互に繰り返すことで
