【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 軸先方に複数の筆記体を備え、軸後端に
印鑑を被覆する後軸(キャップ)を備えて成る印鑑付筆
記具に於いて、 先軸と後軸との間に設けられた中軸と、この中軸に一端
が係止されて筆記体をそれぞれ後方に付勢するリターン
スプリングと、筆記体の後部に取付けられてリターンス
プリングによってそれぞれ後方に付勢される摺動コマ
と、摺動コマの何れかの後端を押圧して筆記体を選択的
に前進させるカム斜面を前面に有し、上記中軸と係合し
て先軸方向に摺動されると共に回転可能とされる係合部
を備えて成る円筒カムと、該円筒カムの後方に一体的に
内筒が設けられ、該内筒の後端に無数の連続気孔を有し
て即乾性のインキを含浸可能とする印字体を備えた印鑑
が止着されて、後端閉塞状の後軸が印鑑を被服して内筒
の外周部に着脱可能で、且つ内筒と一体的に固定される
と共に、後軸によって印鑑の印字体が外気と完全に遮断
されて成ることを特徴とする印鑑付筆記具。
