However, in the above-mentioned conventional coating apparatus, since the plate-like products are conveyed in a state of being appropriately spaced and painted as described above, the paint discharged between the products just falls downward. It is applied to the surface of the conveying member such as a ring roll or V-belt and is cleaned every day.
The paint that could not be completely removed completely and the remaining paint gradually swelled like a snowball, causing a problem that it had to be cleaned in a short time, and these residual paints adhered to the back of the plate-like product and There is a problem that the quality of the shaped product is reduced.

[0006] In the figure, 1 is a pulp cement board (outer wall material)
And plate-like products such as plywood. 2 is a carry-in conveyor and 3 is a carry-out conveyor. Reference numeral 4 denotes a coating nozzle (not shown) connected to an airless pump or the like for applying a paint. Reference numeral 5 denotes a paint applied by the coating nozzle 4. Reference numeral 6 denotes a conveyor provided at the paint application site, which is a plate-like product to be conveyed.
The number is appropriately set according to the size of 1. For example, the number is appropriately determined depending on whether or not the material is easily bent according to the characteristics of the plate-like product conveyed by two or more.
The material of the conveyor 6 may be an appropriate material having solvent resistance, such as steel, Teflon or a belt coated with silicon. Reference numeral 7 denotes a driving device including a motor, a speed reducer, and the like. In general, an amount of discharge from the coating nozzle 4 is fixed. A drive device with a shift function, such as a motor that can be controlled or servo-controlled or a continuously variable transmission that can be mechanically shifted, is used. Numeral 8 denotes a solvent storage tank which is disposed at the return portion of the conveyor 6 and contains an organic solvent 9 such as butyl acetate, cellosolve acetate, xylene, swazole, ethyl acetate, and toluene, depending on the paint used. The solvent reservoir 8 has a belt inlet 10 and a belt outlet 1 on the left and right respectively.
1 is provided. A roller 12 is provided between the inlet 10 and the outlet 11 of the solvent storage tank 8 so that the conveyor 6 passes through the organic solvent 9. A washing nozzle 13 is provided in the solvent on the entry side of the roller 12, and the organic solvent 9 is blown with air at a pressure of 0.2 to 0.6 MPa from the tip of the washing nozzle 13 toward the surface of the conveyor 6. Spray to clean the surface. The shape of the tip of the cleaning nozzle 13 is a flat discharge port. For example, the width is increased or decreased according to the width of the conveyor 6, or the distance between the tip of the cleaning nozzle 13 and the surface of the conveyor is reduced. Adjusting the distance, such as increasing the distance, is arbitrarily selected depending on the type of paint and solvent used. A cleaning brush 14 is provided on the exit side of the roller 12 such that a brush roll, a felt roll, and the like are opposed to each other so as to sandwich the conveyor 6 from both the front and back sides, and mechanically removes paint that could not be removed by spraying the cleaning nozzle 13. It is to remove and wash. Reference numeral 15 denotes a drying nozzle which blows off the organic solvent 9 adhering to the surface of the conveyor 6 which has been washed by the paint removing roll 14 to dry it. The tips of the washing nozzle 13 and the drying nozzle 15 are formed so that the air spreads from the center to the outside according to the width of the conveyor 6. Reference numeral 4a denotes a paint collection box for collecting paint other than those adhering to the belt before and after the conveyed plate-like product.

The operation of the coating apparatus according to the present invention will be described. 1 and 2, the plate-shaped product 1 conveyed by the carry-in conveyor 2 is transferred onto the conveyor 6 at a speed of 30 to 45 m / min. The tip of the plate-like product 1 conveyed by the conveyor 6 is generally located at a predetermined position before the coating nozzle 4, for example, at a position about 200 to 300 mm before the coating nozzle 4 so that the paint is uniformly applied to the whole. Coating is started from the time of arrival, and the trailing edge is about 200 to 30
The application is controlled so as to end the application at the time of passing about 0 mm. Therefore, the paint adheres to the conveyor 6 near the front end and the rear end of the plate-shaped product 1. The plate-shaped product 1 that has passed through the coating nozzle 4 is transferred to the subsequent carry-out conveyor 3. After the conveyor 6 returns and passes through the inlet 10 of the solvent storage tank 8, the cleaning nozzle 13
Thus, the organic solvent 9 is blown onto the surface of the steel conveyor 6 at a predetermined pressure together with the air to be washed. The remaining paint softened by the paint removing roll 14 but not yet peeled is mechanically peeled off from both front and back surfaces, and the drying nozzle 15 is used to dry the front side near the outlet 11 to restore the original state. This is to prepare for the next transport.

It is needless to say that the nozzle 13 may be of a type other than spraying the solvent in the solvent and may be washed by spraying the solvent separately on the surface before the steel conveyor 6 enters the solvent.

As described above in detail, the coating apparatus according to the present invention is provided with a conveyor for transporting plate-like products, and a solvent storage tank at a return portion of the conveyor, wherein the solvent in the solvent storage tank is provided. A cleaning nozzle for spraying a solvent toward the surface of the conveyor, and a paint for mechanically removing the paint remaining on the surface of the conveyor, which is located behind the cleaning nozzle and cleaned by the cleaning nozzle, from both the front and back surfaces. A cleaning roll comprising a removing roll and a drying nozzle for drying the surface by blowing off the solvent remaining on the surface of the conveyor at a position where the conveyor comes out of the solvent surface behind the paint removing roll, and the surface of the conveyor is always cleaned. The paint does not remain at all and is accumulated in the form of a snowball, and the paint adheres to the lower surface of the plate-like product, causing defective products and contaminating subsequent processes. There is an effect that is lost.
