押圧部及び係合部形成部分の長手方向適所に、外周壁部

の長手方向両端と前記切り欠き部間、又は前記素材の長
手方向両端と前記切り欠き部との間及び前記切り欠き部
間を、プレスにより同じ曲率半径の円弧状にかつ同じ方
向に湾曲すると共に、前記切り欠き部間の外周壁部分を
反対方向に湾曲して正面視波状とし、更に前記押圧部及
び受口係合部形成部分を幅方向対向内方に屈曲して内向
鍔状のシール押圧部及び受口係合部を形成し、展開状態
のバンド本体を構成した後、長手方向両端部の外周壁部
円弧外面に別途プレス成形した締付フランジ部を固着す
ることを特徴とする管継手の締付バンド製造方法。

同じ曲率半径の円弧状にかつ同じ方向に湾曲すると共
に、前記切り欠き部間の外周壁部形成部分を反対方向に
湾曲して正面視波状とし、更に押圧部及び受口係合部形
成部分を幅方向対向内方に屈曲して内向鍔状のシール押
圧部及び受口係合部を形成し、前記締付フランジ部形成
部分をバンド本体の外周壁部円弧外面側に屈曲して展開
状態の締付バンドを構成することを特徴とする管継手の
締付バンド製造方法。
