排風機11により吸引され、排気塔12を通って大気に
放出される。 バッグフィルター8で捕集されたダスト
はホッパー13に受けられ、エアーロッカー14によっ
て機外に取り出される。エアーロッカー14は本実施例
のように直接閉鎖した容器(ビニール袋等)に受ける事
もある。 遮断ダンパー9は湿気の多いダストを捕るバ
ッグフィルターの特徴の一つである。湿気が有ると微細
なものも付着されて捕れると言う事は鉱山等で用いられ
ている防塵マスクで良く知られている。肺胞に残留蓄積
して害をなると言われる粒子サイズは0.5〜5μmと
言われ、防塵マスクに用いているフィルターを湿らさな
いと殆ど抜けて捕れないと言われ、湿らして使用してい
た。湿気を利用して付着凝集させればどんな微細なもの
も捕れると言うことを示している。然るに、一般のバッ
グフィルターのように直接濾過しようとすれば、微細に
なる程目詰まりし易くて風が通らなくなり、風を通そう
として払い落としを盛んにすれば小さいものは抜けてし
まう。非常に微細なものまで捕れて風の通りが悪くなら
ないようにする為に湿気を加えて凝集させ、それを捕る
と言う事で解決したのが本実施例である。煙によっては
加湿だけでは風の通りが悪くなる場合が有るので、本実
