Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently capture and remove dust such as soot included in smoke and also capture dioxins included in the soot/dust by cooling the smoke such as exhaust gas appropriately, then moistening it and capturing the moistened smoke with added powder using a bag filter. SOLUTION: Exhaust gas from an incinerating furnace is introduced through a duct 1 and its temperature is lowered by spraying water to it with the help of a vaporization cooling and hydrating device 2. Further, the temperature is further lowered by a heat exchanger 3 and thus the exhaust gas is introduced into a moistening device 6 arranged on the top of a moistening and coalescing tower 7 through another duct 4. In this case, powder is added to the exhaust gas by a powder adding device 5 arranged halfway through the duct 4. In addition, the exhaust gas purified by a bag filter 8 arranged at the lower part of the moistening and coalescing tower 7 is sucked using an exhauster 11 from a shutoff damper 9 through another duct 10 to be guided out of an exhausting tower 12. On the other hand, captured dust is received by a hopper 13 to be guided out of an air locker 14.

Since water must be in a liquid phase in order to coagulate by adding moisture, the temperature must be 100 ° C. or less. Exhaust gas from the incinerator has a temperature of 3
Since the temperature is about 00 ° C., it is cooled using evaporative cooling or a heat exchanger, and if necessary, powder (for example, slaked lime powder or limestone powder) is added, and the fine particles as small as possible are added to the exhaust gas. Aggregation is performed by spraying, and the aggregate is collected using a bag filter.

[Example] As a method of collecting smoke and preventing the wind flow from becoming worse, it is thought that fine particles such as smoke can be aggregated with moisture to form coarse particles so that the wind flow does not deteriorate. Moisture was added. In order to further stabilize the wind flow, powder was added so that the aggregated particles became larger,
It is characterized in that the aggregated particles are collected. It is characterized by the use of a bag filter that can be used even if it is humid, although a general bag filter with high humidity cannot be used because it is agglomerated by adding moisture.

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 shows a front view, and FIG. 2 shows a side view. Exhaust gas from the incinerator is connected to a duct 1, and an evaporative cooling device 2 is provided in the middle of the duct 1 to spray a required amount of water to lower the temperature. The duct 1 is connected to the heat exchanger 3, is further cooled, and is guided by the duct 4 to the humidifying device 6 located above the humidifying and aggregating tower 7. A powder addition device 5 is provided in the middle of the duct 4 to add powder. A bag filter 8 is provided below the humidifying coagulation tower 7, and the cleaned exhaust gas passes through the cut-off damper 9, is sucked by the exhaust fan 11 through the duct 10, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust tower 12. The dust collected by the bag filter 8 is received by the hopper 13 and taken out of the machine by the air locker 14. The air locker 14 may be received in a directly closed container (such as a plastic bag) as in this embodiment. The cut-off damper 9 is one of the features of a bag filter that catches humid dust. It is well known as dust masks used in mines and the like that when moisture is present, fine matter is also adhered and caught. The particle size, which is said to be harmful due to residual accumulation in the alveoli, is said to be 0.5 to 5 μm, and it is said that the filter used for the dust mask is hardly pulled out and caught unless moistened. I was This indicates that any fine matter can be caught by using moisture to adhere and agglomerate. However, if a direct filtration is performed as in a general bag filter, the finer the filter, the easier it becomes to be clogged, and the air cannot pass. This embodiment solves the problem by adding moisture to coagulate and catch the extremely fine particles so that the flow of the wind is not deteriorated. Depending on the smoke, the humidification alone may deteriorate the flow of the wind, so that the powder may be added as in this embodiment.

According to the present embodiment, the smoke exhaust after collecting the smoke is so good that it is not dirty even after a long period of time by attaching a clean, transparent, white cloth streamer to the outlet of the exhaust tower 13. The collection performance is shown. As for dioxin, which has recently become a problem, dioxin comes out with dust,
It is said that if dust is caught cleanly, dioxin will also be caught cleanly. Measuring the concentration of dioxin when the smoke is cleanly captured and the cleanest will make the trapping condition clear, and if it is not visible anyway, anyone can check the dioxin emission at any time. Whether the wind path is stable or not depends on the smoke density and the area of the bag filter. However, if you make a selection that suits the situation, a stable wind path can be obtained and there should be room for it. You can also.
