まれた部分が外蓋に接着した状態で内蓋と外蓋が剥離
し、容器の口部には湯切り孔が形成された内蓋のみが接
着された状態となる。この状態で内蓋の切り取られた開
口部から容器に収納されている生麺,具,スープ等を取
り出し、生麺のみを容器に入れて水を注入して電子レン
ジで加熱するかもしくは湯を注いで麺をゆがいた後に、
容器に接着された内蓋の湯切り孔から簡単に湯切りをす
ることができるものである。上記湯切り孔付き蓋材にお
いて、外蓋の内面の湯切り孔切目の中央部と対向する領
域が離型層非形成部とされている構成とすることによ
り、蓋材を剥離した際に、内蓋の湯切り孔切目に囲まれ
た部分が外蓋に接着した状態で除去されるので確実に湯
切り孔を形成することができる。上記湯切り孔付き蓋材
において、内蓋切目が湯切り孔切目が形成されている側
に凸状に湾曲した曲線状とされているので、開口部が広
くなり容器に収納さている生麺,具,スープ等が取り出
し易い上に、湯切りを行う際に容器の両側から湯が溢れ
出すことがないので安全である。上記湯切り孔付き蓋材
において、湯切り孔切目および内蓋切目が、内蓋と外蓋
が積層された後に、内蓋の内面からのハーフカットによ
り形成された構成とすることより、蓋材の所定位置に内
蓋を貫通する湯切り孔切目および内蓋切目を簡単に形成
することができる。上記湯切り孔付き蓋材において、外
蓋がプラスチックフィルム層と紙層とからなり、内蓋が
プラスチックフィルム層と熱接着性樹脂層からなる構成
