ームが安定しない等の問題点があり、実用化には至って
いない。

方法と異なり、地金22に対して加圧および打撃振動を
与え、これにより、転炉サブランス孔21の孔縁に付着
している地金22を短時間で、且つ、全体を一体的に剥
離した状態で略100%完全に除去することができるこ
ととなる。

この場合、刃状部分の傾斜角度θ2 は5〜50°の範囲
とすることが好ましい。その理由は、刃状部分の傾斜角
度θ2 が5°未満では、地金22に引っ掛かりが弱くな
り十分な振動を与えることが難しくなり、刃状部分の傾
斜角度θ2 が50°より大きいと先端が地金22を削っ
てしまって、全体を一体的に剥離させることができ難く
するおそれがあるからである。

となく均等にバランスを保持した状態で接するため、効
率的に地金の剥離、除去が行えることとなるので好まし
い。
