Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen food package which can be effectively heated, thawed and cooked in a microwave oven and the food of which can be taken while a container is held with hands as it is by receiving frozen food having a recess in the vicinity of the center in an outer vessel having an opening on an upper part and sealing the opening with a lid material.
