As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the shock absorber 10 is located in front of the front end of the train in the train traveling direction, and is a front bag 11 for receiving the same or slightly narrower victim from the front. Distribute. It is preferable that a plate 11a for supporting the bag is provided on the back surface of the front bag 11, but this is not necessary when the shape of the bag can be maintained by the gas pressure at the time of inflation.
In addition, a bottom bag 12 that supports the subject from the bottom is arranged on the lower surface of the front bag 11 so as to be connected to the front bag. At this time, it is preferable to attach the plate body 12a for the same reason as in the case of the front bag. And, between the front plate bag 1 and the bottom bag 12,
A side bag 13, which protects the subject from the left and right sides if necessary;
13, the side bags 13, 13 may be inflated by gas filling like the front bag 11 and the bottom bag 12, but since the impact in the lateral direction is small, there is no normal expansion. It may be a cloth body. Reference numeral 14 denotes a guide plate for preventing the subject from getting into the gap between the train body and the ground and guiding the subject into the bottom bag.

Next, the shock absorbing mechanism 10 is provided with an elevating mechanism which keeps the height of the bottom bag 12 as close to the ground as possible during normal operation while maintaining the proper height which does not hinder the running of the vehicle. 30 is attached. 5 and 6, a specific example of the lifting mechanism 30 is shown in FIG. 5 and FIG.
A suspension rope 32 connected to the plate body 11a of No. 0 is further disposed, a constant pulley 33 is disposed above the suspension rope 32, and a constant pulley 34 is disposed below the constant distance by a fixed distance. A cylinder 35 that reciprocates in the vertical direction is disposed in the portion. The cylinder 35 may be a hydraulic cylinder, but is an air cylinder in order to expect quick response to the cylinder, and further allows the inflation gas generated in the inflator 20 to flow into the cylinder chamber, and lowers the piston rod by the pressure. It is desirable to adopt a mode of descending to

Further, the front bag 11, the bottom bag 12, the side bag 1
It is desirable to apply a pressure-sensitive adhesive exhibiting a relatively strong adhesive force to the surfaces of 3, 13 and to put an exfoliating paper on the interface between the bags. That is, after the cushioning effect is exerted by the bag, the resilience acts due to its elasticity, and there is a possibility that the human body is rebounded, and the bonding force between the clothes and the bag is reduced by the viscosity of the adhesive. It is intended to be activated and to be fastened in a bag for a while. The release paper is in a folded state to prevent adhesion between the bags.

Next, the operation of the embodiment of the present invention will be described.
First, if a suspicious person appears in the direction of travel of the train while the train is running, it is the same as in the past to sound a horn and start slow driving. Activate the brake and input the inflator switch at the same time. At this time, there are two types of input methods, manual input manually and automatic input linked to a computer. Activates the inflator by one of the inputs. At this time, the artificial input is a highly effective means of exhibiting the experience of a skilled person and sharp attention, and the one using a computer image processing system is near the train track by pattern recognition etc. It is a reliable means that can recognize existing human bodies, animals, and other obstacles and does not make human error, but both have advantages and disadvantages. Therefore,
It is desirable to use both, but at this time, if either one is input, the circuit configuration is such that both are connected by an OR circuit so that the inflator is always activated. The reason is that even if one of them is wrong, it is tolerated and ensure the prevention of accidents.

Then, when the switch of the inflator is turned on, the explosive is ignited, and the propellant containing sodium azide as a main component causes a decomposition reaction to generate nitrogen gas by the heat of combustion. At the same time, slightly before that, the switch of the elevating mechanism 30 is input, the piston rod of the cylinder 35 is extended, the suspension rope 32 is suspended via the pulleys 33 and 34, and the shock absorber connected to this. Lower the entire 10 down. At this time, the cylinder 35 of the elevating mechanism 30 may be operated by an air compressor mounted on the train. However, when a part of the expanded gas is sent to the cylinder 35, the descent is instantaneously completed simultaneously with the operation of the inflator 20. Therefore, the speed is excellent.
As a result, it is possible to make the shock absorber 10 face as close to the ground as possible.

If an accident is encountered, the guide plate 1
4 scoops up the subject, the front bag 11 receives the body from the front, cushions the impact due to the buffering action, the bottom bag 12 receives the drop from the front and keeps it in that position, and the side bags 13, 13 are the side bags. When it is bounced back, it is received and maintained in the bottom bag 12. In this way, even if there is a considerable impact due to the collision, the air elasticity of each bag reduces the destructive force and at least functions so as not to lose human life. In addition, since the body of the accident person is fastened to the shock absorbing device formed by each bag, it is possible to minimize the damage to the body.
