Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure and maintain visibility from inside a cabin excellently by mounting an outside condenser of an air conditioner in a cabin transversely and aslope in a front-low and rear-high state with a cooling core surface thereof facing up. SOLUTION: An outside condenser 21 of an air conditioner in a cabin 8 is covered with a condenser cover 15. Inside the condenser cover 15 the outside condenser 21, a cooling fan 22, and a drive motor 23 are housed. The outside condenser 21 is disposed transversely and aslope with a cooling core surface thereof facing up. A front-low-and-rear-high disposition is adopted in this case, but another disposition can also be possible. By disposing the outside condenser 21 transversely, height of the mounted outdoor condenser 21 is lowered. Thus, visibility of an operator inside the cabin 8 can be secured and maintained excellently.

However, as described above,
When the outdoor condenser 105 is installed vertically on the bonnet 103 on the side of the cabin 104, the installation height of the outdoor condenser 105 is increased, and the outdoor condenser 105 blocks the view from the worker inside the cabin 104. Can be As a result, as shown by the hatched portion in FIG. 8, the wide area in the direction from the cabin 104 toward the installation side of the outdoor condenser 105 cannot be visually recognized, and the visibility has deteriorated. Further, in a small-sized backhoe, there is no room for providing a space for disposing the outdoor condenser on the step.

As described above, the outdoor condenser 21 is placed horizontally on the bonnet 14 on the side of the cabin 8,
By forming the recessed portion 14a in the hood 14 where the outdoor capacitor 21 is installed, the installation height of the outdoor capacitor 21 and the capacitor cover 13 can be kept low. As described above, the present invention has the following advantages. That is, as in claim 1,
Since the outdoor condenser is disposed in a horizontal state with the cooling core surface disposed on the upper surface, and the outdoor condenser is disposed inclined, the installation height of the outdoor condenser and the condenser cover covering the outdoor condenser can be suppressed. In addition, it is possible to prevent the field of view from the inside of the cabin from being obstructed by the outdoor condenser, thereby maintaining a good field of view and securing a wide viewing range. In addition, by arranging the outdoor condenser with the cooling core surface on the upper surface and sloping to the front low and rear high, the cooling air flowing from the front to the rear can easily contact the cooling core surface, reducing the cooling effect. It is possible to efficiently cool the outdoor condenser by increasing the temperature.

Further, according to a second aspect of the present invention, the air intake and exhaust holes are formed in the front, rear, outer and upper surfaces of the condenser cover for covering the outdoor condenser and the cooling fan for the outdoor condenser which is driven to rotate by the drive motor. The cooling air is taken into the inside from the air intake and exhaust holes formed on the front and upper surfaces of the capacitor cover to cool the outdoor condenser, and the cooling air after cooling the outdoor condenser is formed on the rear and outer surfaces of the condenser cover. The air can be discharged from the pores to the outside, and the outdoor condenser can be sufficiently cooled. Further, since the intake and exhaust holes on the upper surface of the capacitor cover are formed so as to be shifted from the arrangement position of the electrical components in the capacitor cover, even when water enters the interior through the intake and exhaust holes formed on the upper surface of the capacitor cover during rainfall or the like. In addition, it is possible to prevent the electric components such as the drive motor housed in the capacitor cover from hitting the electric components, thereby preventing the electric components from breaking down.
