Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.光通信システム用のスペクトル等化器であって、その構成はある数の光入力 と、ある数の光出力と、該光入力と該光出力との間の光路内に置かれた再構成可 能なホログラヒックフィルタとを含み、該再構成可能なホロヒックフィルタは予 め定められた異なる波長の、ある数の光信号もしくは信号チャンネルの信号パワ ー等化を与えるように構成されていることを特徴とするスペクトル等化器。 2.前記再構成可能なホログラヒックフィルタで受領できる少くとも1つの光信 号が2以上のチャンネルを含む多重化された光信号であることを特徴とする請求 項1記載のスペクトル等化器。 3.前記再構成可能なホログラヒックフィルタが多重化された光信号内部の光信 号もしくは個別のチャンネルを落すように構成されていることを特徴とする請求 項1又は2記載のスペクトル等化器。 4.2以上の光入力を含み、前記再構成可能なホログラヒックフィルタは少くと も2つの異なる光入力から光出力へ信号を送るように構成できることを特徴とす る請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項記載のスペクトル等化器。 5.複数の光出力を含み、前記再構成可能なホログラヒックフィルタは2以上の 光出力に向けて光信号もしくは信号チャンネルを放送するように構成されている ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4ずいずれか1項記載のスペクトル等化器。 6.前記再構成可能なホログラヒックフィルタはは固定の回折グレーテングもし くはホログラムと組合せた動的なホログラヒック回折素子で成ることを特徴とす る請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項記載のスペクトル等化器。 7.ある数の予め定められたホログラムを記憶する処理手段を含むことを特徴と する請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項記載のスペクトル等化器。 8.信号パワーの等化を得るために再構成可能なホログラヒックフィルタに対す るホログラムを動的に決めるための処理手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1な いし7のいずれか1項記載のスペクトル等化器。 9.さらに光増幅器を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項記 載のスペクトル等化器。 10.前記光増幅器がエルビウムをドープしたファイバ増幅器であることを特徴と する請求項9記載のスペクトル等化器。 11.前記ホログラヒックフィルタは増幅された自発性放出を抑制するように構成 可能であることを特徴とす請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項記載のスペクトル 等化器。 12.前記請求項1ないし11のいずれか1項に記載のスペクトル等化器を含む通 信システム。 13.前記請求項1ないし11のいずれか1項に記載のスペクトル等化器を含む光 スイッチ。 14.ホログラヒックフィルタを構成するための、ある数の予め定められたホログ ラムについてのデータを記憶する処理手段と組合された再構成可能ななホログラ ヒックフィルタであって、該ホログラムの少くとも1つは予め定められた異なる 波長についてのある数の光信号もしくは信号チャンネルに対して信号パワー等化 を与えるようにされている再構成可能なホログラヒックフィルタ。
