Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.異なる周波数の少なくとも2つの超音波周波数の波を用いて、共鳴洞内から 少なくとも1つの可聴周波数を間接的に生成して強調するシステムであって、 第1および第2の超音波を共鳴洞内へ伝送する超音波周波数放出手段と、 前記超音波の周波数放出装置に結合されて、少なくとも1つの可聴周波数に等 しい第1の超音波周波数に関して値における差を有する第2の超音波周波数を生 成する変調手段と、 前記超音波周波数放出装置を同時に動作させる手段と、 前記第1および第2の超音波を共鳴洞内へ指向させる手段と、 を備えるシステム。 2.前記共鳴洞が人間の耳道に対応する形態を有する請求項1記載のシステム。 3.前記第1および第2の超音波を指向させる前記手段が、ステレオ・ヘッドフ ォン、補聴器および音響ヘッドセットからなるグループから選択される装置を含 む請求項2記載のシステム。 4.異なる値の少なくとも2つの超音波を用いて、共鳴洞内から少なくとも1つ の可聴周波数を間接的に生成して強調する方法であって、 1)第1の超音波を共鳴洞内へ伝送するステップと、 2)第2の超音波が第1の超音波とは少なくとも1つの可聴周波数と略々等し い値だけ異なる周波数値を持ち、前記共鳴洞が前記第1および第2の超音波間の 干渉を増幅する、前記第2の超音波を共鳴洞内へ伝送するステップと、 3)前記共鳴洞内で前記第1および第2の超音波を相互作用させることにより 、第1および第2の超音波間に干渉を生じさせるステップと、 4)前記共鳴洞内で前記第1および第2の超音波の干渉から少なくとも1つの 可聴周波数を生成して放出するステップと を含む方法。 5.遠隔の仮想音源を持つ全方向の音を間接的に生成する方法であって、異なる 値の周波数を持つ少なくとも2つの相互作用する超音波列の差である少なくとも 1つのソニック波またはサブソニック波の音波を含む方法において、 1)基本周波数を含む第1の超音波列を圧縮可能な伝達媒体の領域内へ放出す るステップと、 2)第2の超音波列が前記第1の超音波列の基本周波数と等しい基本周波数を 持ち、前記第2の超音波列を前記領域内へ放出することにより、前記第1の超音 波の波列と相互作用させるステップと、 3)前記第2の超音波列の基本周波数を、該基本周波数と新たな可聴音波列と の和に対応する周波数範囲にわたり変化させるステップと、 4)前記領域から、前記第1および第2の超音波列の相互作用の結果生じる指 向性を有する可聴音波列を放出するステップと、 5)前記音波列を反射面から反射させて、該反射面に仮想の局在化された音源 を残す音波の全方向の分散を生じるステップと、 を含む方法。 6.前記領域から新たな可聴第2の波列を放出する前記ステップが、前記第1お よび第2の超音波周波数を干渉させて、圧縮可能な伝達媒体の領域内の第1およ び第2の超音波周波数の相互作用の副産物である新たな可聴音波列を生じさせる 更なる特定のステップを含む請求項5記載の方法。 7.前記新たな可聴音波列を生成する前記ステップが、音響的ヘテロダイン作用 に従って前記第1の超音波周波数を前記第2の超音波周波数と組合わせて、前記 新たな可聴音波列に対応する差と、前記第1および第2の超音波周波数の和に対 応する和とを生じる更なる特定のステップを含む請求項6記載の方法。 8.変化する第2の超音波周波数と前記第1の超音波周波数との間の差が新たな 変化するソニック波またはサブソニック波の周波数であるように、前記第1の超 音波周波数に関して第2の超音波周波数を変化させるステップを更に含む請求項 7記載の方法。 9.前記伝達媒体の領域から新たな可聴音波列を放出することにより、超音波周 波数のみを放出することができる放射形超音波スピーカ要素を越えて、空間領域 内に可聴音波列を生成する更なる特定のステップを含む請求項5記載の方法。 10.1つの超音波生成手段から(i)第1の超音波周波数と(ii)第2の超音 波周波数の両方を生成することにより、前記第1および第2の超音波周波数間の 周波数ドリフトを除去する付加的なステップを含む請求項5記載の方法。 11.異なる値の少なくとも2つの超音波列から空気中に生成される少なくとも 1つの新たなソニック波またはサブソニック波の周波数に3次元の特質を間接的 に生じる方法において、 1)波列の第1および第2の超音波周波数間の値における差が少なくとも1つ の新たなソニック波またはサブソニック波の周波数である、前記第1および第2 の超音波列を生成するステップと、 2)前記第1の超音波列を放出するステップと、 3)圧縮可能な伝達媒体の領域内で、前記第1の超音波列と干渉する関係にお いて第2の超音波列を放出するステップと、 4)指向性のある音波列として前記第1および第2の超音波列の相互作用から 結果として生じる少なくとも1つの新たなソニック波またはサブソニック波の周 波数を前記領域から放出するステップと、 5)前記波列を動く目標から反射させるステップと、 を含む方法。
