Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.各々が二−ドル閉鎖システム(4)の二−ドル(3)で閉鎖することがで きる複数の湯口ノズル(3)でストレッチ・ブロ−成型に適した特別の予備成型 ブランクで多層成型品を射出成型するための多列湯口同時射出工具の湯口プレー ト(1)に対して数個のブロック部(6、7)で構成された湯口同時射出ディス トリビュータ・ブロック装置であって、前記湯ロプレート(1)はヘッド・プレ ート(2)に解放可能に接続され、個々のブロック部(6、7)の間には中間部 材(9)が設けられ、該中間部材は各ニ−ドル閉鎖システム(4)の二−ドル( 17)に対して軸方向に配置され、前記中間部材(9)を少なくとも1つの供給 チャンネル(13)と二−ドル(17)が貫通し、ヘッド・プレート側のブロッ ク部(7)とヘッド・プレート(2)との間には支持部材(10)が各ニ−ドル 閉鎖システム(4)の二−ドル(17)に対して軸方向に配置されたディストリ ビュータ・ブロック装置に関し、ノズル側のブロック部(6)は湯口プレート( 1)上にスライド可能に支持され、ブロック部(6、7)は全ディストリビュー タ・ブロック領域において相互に対して変位可能であり、各支持部材(10)と ヘッド・プレート(2)との間には少なくとも1つのばね部材(11)が設けら れて、該ばね部材が前記支持部材(10)を冷間動作モードにおいて前記ヘッド ・プレート(2)から所定のギャップ幅(18)だけ分離させ、前記ギャップ幅 (18)は熱間動作モードにおける全ディストリビュータ・ブロック装置の二− ドル方向への熱膨張に相当し、前記ばね部材(11)は二−ドル方向に平行に作 用する接触圧力を発揮して、熱間動作モード中はもとより冷間動作中においても 湯口ノズル(3)と鋳型キャビティとの間、又は湯口ノズル(3) とノズル側のブロック部(6)との間、又はブロック部(6、7)とそれぞれの 中間部材(9)との間の接触面(14、15、16)を防圧閉鎖し、且つ前記ば ね部材(11)は前記ギャップ幅(18)に相当する最大ばね道程ストロークを 有することを特徴とする湯口同時射出ディストリビュータ・ブロック装置。 2.前記ばね部材(11)はディスクばねであることを特徴とする請求項1に 記載のディストリビュータ・ブロック装置。 3.前記ばね部材(11)は少なくとも0.4mmのたわみで少なくとも2トン の力を発揮することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディストリビュータ・ブロッ ク装置。 4.前記装置は2つのブロック部(6、7)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1 〜3のいずれか1項記載のディストリビュータ・ブロック装置。 5.前記ブロック部(6、7)は相互に別個に加熱することができることを特 徴とする請求項4に記載のディストリビュータ・ブロック装置。 6.前記中間部材(9)は熱伝導率の低い材料で形成されることを特徴とする 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のディストリビュータ・ブロック装置。 7.前記中間部材(9)はくぎ状の突部により前記ブロック部(6、7)間の 二−ドル(17)に対して相称的に配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載 のディストリビュータ・ブロック装置。 8.前記支持部材(10)は熱伝導率の低い材料で形成されることを特徴とす る請求項1に記載のディストリビュータ・ブロック装置。 9.前記支持部材(10)はくぎ状の突部により前記ブロック部(7)と前記 ヘッド・プレート(2)との間の二−ドル(17)に 対して相称的に配置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のディストリビュー タ・ブロック装置。 10.前記装置は48又はこれ以上の湯口ノズル(3)を備えることを特徴と する請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載のディストリビュータ・ブロック装置。
