Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 燃料を供給するために噴射ノズルのノズルホルダ(3)と共に噴射ポンプ に結合された圧力ライン(1)を気密に接続するための高圧結合ラインであり、 ノズルホルダに対向する圧力ライン(1)のライン端部(4)はノズルホルダ( 3)にネジ締めされ、したがって圧力ライン(1)は噴射ノズルに通じるノズル ホルダ(3)の圧力チャネル(11)に接続し、 圧力ライン(1)のライン端部(4)に小さなピッチを有する外側ネジ(5) を設け、これによってノズルホルダ(3)内のネジ穴(2)内にネジ付けるとと もに、ライン端部(4)とネジ穴(2)の内側端部との間に通流方向に孔開けさ れた結合部材(7)を備え、これを介して圧力ライン(1)の挿入に際してライ ン端部(4)が気密に変形することを特徴とする高圧ライン結合。 2. ネジピッチが1mm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高圧ライ ン結合。 3. 圧力ライン(1)のライン端部(4)の領域を錐形に形成することを特徴 とする請求項1または2記載の高圧ライン結合。 4. 結合部材(7)は圧力ライン(1)の末端錐形部分に対応して錐形に形成 することを特徴とする請求項3記載の高圧ライン結合。 5. 結合部材(7)は、圧力ライン(1)のライン端部(4)に対向する錐形 部分との接続部分にネジ穴(2)の内壁直径よりも小さな直径を有する首部分( 8)を備えることを特徴とする請求項4記載の高圧ライン結合。 6. 首部分(8)の長さが少なくともネジピッチの一倍に相当することを特徴 とする請求項5記載の高圧ライン結合。 7. ノズルホルダ(3)のネジ穴(2)の内側端部にこれより狭まった錐形部 分(13)を設けることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の高圧 ライン結合。 8. 結合部材(7)のネジ穴(2)の末端部分は錐形部分(13)に相応して 錐形に形成することを特徴とする請求項7記載の高圧ライン結合。 9. 結合部材(7)の内側端部に環状の切断縁部(14)を形成し、これはネ ジ穴(2)の底部(15)に気密に接合することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6 のいずれかに記載の高圧ライン結合。 10. 結合部材(7)は硬化鋼鉄からなり、圧力ライン(1)は良好な変形特 性を有する鋼鉄合金からなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記 載の高圧ライン結合。
