Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 鋳造金属が接触した時に表面が凝固するように冷却された内壁を有する管 状の金属鋳型部分(4)と、この金属鋳型部分の上方に配置された、鋳造金属を 液体状態に収容する鋳造金属の連続サイジング通路を区画する、冷却されていな い断熱耐火材料からなる供給ヘッド(9)とを備え、金属鋳型部分(4)と供給ヘッ ド(9)との間に、冷却液が内部循環する冷却された金属リング(16)をさらに 有する、金属の垂直ホットトップ連続鋳造用の鋳型において、 金属リング(16)が金属鋳型部分(4)と全く不連続性無しに整合した中実な 内壁(26)を有していて、鋳型によって鋳造金属(10)に連続した通路が与えら れることを特徴とする鋳型。 2. 冷却された金属リング(16)が管状の金属鋳型部分(4)と同じ金属から 成る請求項1に記載の鋳型。 3. 冷却された金属リング(16)の高さが約4〜10cmである請求項1に記載の 鋳型。 4. 金属リング(16)が管状の金属鋳型部分(4)に取外し可能に取り付けら れる請求項1に記載の鋳型。 5. 金属リング(16)が冷却液の水平循環チャンバ(17)から成る内部冷却回 路を有し、この水平循環チャンバ(17)が鋳型内周で金属リング(16)の内壁( 18)に沿って延びている請求項1または3に記載の鋳型。 6. 耐火材料からなる供給ヘッド(9)が、断熱性に優れた耐火材から成る上 部ブッシュ(25)と機械的強度に優れた耐火材から成る下部リング(26)との二 つの部材を積み重ねて構成されたものである請求項1に記載の鋳型。 7. 供給ヘッド(9)と金属リング(16)との間の内周に沿って不活性ガスを 注入するための回路(28、29、30)を有する請求項1または6に記載の鋳型。 8. 管状の金属鋳型部分(4)の上部フランジの末端に鋳型に振動を与えるた めの超音波変換器(31)が取り付けられている請求項1に記載の鋳型。
