Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.RCD(残留電流装置)を含む主電源回路のループテストを行う方法であっ て、ピーク値が高く幅が狭いパルス信号を印加して、パルス期間中における比較 的大きい電圧降下の結果として小さなループインピーダンスを測定し、RCDの 故障を回避するように上記パルスの幅を充分狭く維持することを特徴とする方法 。 2.一連のパルスを充分長い間隔で回路に印加して、RCDをパルス間の公称状 態に落ち着かせることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.RCD(残留電流装置)を含む主電源回路のループテストを行う方法であっ て、振幅が低く周波数が主電源の周波数より遙かに高い信号を印加し、主電源の 存在下で出力信号を検出することを特徴とする方法。 4.上記信号は複数の順次サイクルにわたって印加されて、系統中のトランジェ ントを消えさせ、信号の電圧位相角および電流位相角を測定することとを特徴と する請求項3記載の方法。 5.上記周波数はオーディオ周波数を含むことを特徴とする請求項3または4記 載の方法。 6.RCD(残留電流装置)を含む主電源回路のループテストを行う方法であっ て、 (1)ピーク電流値が高くパルス幅が狭いパルス信号を印加し、或いは充分長 い間隔で分離されている一連の上記パルス信号を印加し、両パ ルス間において上記RCDを落ち着かせることと、 (2)振幅が低く周波数が主電源の周波数より遙かに高い信号を印加して、出 力信号を主電源周波数から区別することと、 を実行し、インピーダンス中の抵抗分および無効分を測定することを特徴とす る方法。 7.主電源回路ループテスターであって、幅の狭いスパイク状の電流パルスを発 生させる波形発生器と、高振幅の出力を発生させるパワーステージと、主電源回 路からの出力信号の関数としてループインピーダンスの抵抗分を測定する測定回 路とを備えていることを特徴とするループテスター装置。 8.主電源回路ループテスターであって、複数グループの低電流パルスを高い周 波数で発生させる高周波発生器と、主電源回路からの出力信号の関数としてルー プインピーダンスの抵抗分を測定する測定回路とを備えていることを特徴とする ループテスター装置。 9.主電源回路ループテスターであって、 幅の狭いスパイク状の電流パルスを発生させるように構成され、高振幅の出力 を発生させるパワーステージに接続された波形発生器と、複数グループの低電流 パルスを高い周波数で発生させる高周波発生器と、主電源回路からの生成出力信 号の抵抗分および無効分を測定する測定回路とを備えていることを特徴とするル ープテスター装置。
