By metal-containing composite film or metal outer layer
Vacuum insulation panel coated on both sides
Vacuum insulation panels are commonly used for insulation. Known vacuum insulation panels are pre-pressed
Supports compacted porous fillers, porous pressed plates or open-celled rigid foam
Body, which is covered by an airtight film, which is welded after decompression
Or glued.
This type of vacuum insulation panel is already used in the construction of cold rooms (eg refrigerators)
This is interposed between the outer housing and the inner housing and the outer housing
The remaining space between the housing and the inner housing is foamed.
Fillers include, for example, precipitated and dried silica, silica gel, fly ash
For example, open-cell polyurethane-rigid film or bonded polyurethane-
Organic open-cell films such as hard film powders are used.
These are described, for example, in DE 4 439 331 and DE 4 439 328.
You.
Asymmetric structures are generally selected for coating films, one side of which is diffused
It is composed of a non-conductive aluminum composite film and the other
It is a multilayer composite made of film.
Aluminum on both sides to prevent heat flow through sealing seam
The use of composite films has not heretofore been performed. Surprisingly, metal-containing composite films
Alternatively, the contribution of heat conduction through the edges when coating both sides with a metal outer layer
Use vacuum insulation panels of rectangular plate dimensions with an edge length of at least 40 cm.
It was found that it could be ignored if used.
The subject matter of the present invention is therefore entirely metal-containing composite films or metal outer layers.
Consists of covered open cell support and at least 40 cm rim each
It is a vacuum heat insulation panel which has a part length.
The support may be precipitated silica, silica gel and / or polyurethane rigid foam.
If necessary, pre-compacted fillers consisting of rubber powders are suitable and ensure intrinsic stability.
Press molding can be performed in the presence of a suitable adhesive to maintain. Furthermore, continuous
Cellular polyurethane rigid foam plates are also suitable as supports.
Preferably, the support is an open-cell polyurethane rigid foam.
Or pre-pressed and glued as needed
A plate made of rigid foam powder is used.
The vacuum insulation panel of the present invention has an edge length of at least 40 cm, preferably 45 c
It has an edge length of mx 65 cm. The thickness of the plate according to the invention is generally 0.5
55 cm.
Measurements have shown that the metal-containing composite film or metal outer layer is now covered.
Does not affect the thermal conductivity of the covered vacuum insulation panel.
Preferably, a flexible composite film consisting of at least two layers is used.
Aluminum having an aluminum layer having a thickness of 5 to 25 μm, preferably 9 to 15 μm
A composite film containing nickel is particularly preferably used.
Examples of possible compositions are as follows:
Polyethylene / aluminum / polyester
Polyethylene / aluminum / polyethylene / polyester
Polypropylene / aluminum / polyester.
The front and back sides of the panels are coated with different composite films
It is also possible to select. Therefore, the composite film has one side
9 μm thick and the other side contains a 20 μm thick aluminum layer
.
Preferably, a thin steel sheet, particularly preferably a special thin steel sheet, is used as the metal outer layer.
.
Such metal-containing composite films or metal outer layers are already known and commercially available.
sell.
In the vacuum insulation panel according to the present invention, the support is made of an airtight metal-containing composite film.
Both sides are coated, and then the film is welded or adhered after decompression by a method known per se.
Or the support is entirely covered with a metal outer layer, depressurized and hermetically sealed.
Created as
The vacuum insulated panel according to the present invention can be used in refrigerators or refrigerators (for example, refrigerators and refrigerators).
And freezer).
Hereinafter, the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The drawing shows an open-cell filler 1 (for example, press molded with polyisocyanate).
And a metal-containing composite filter.
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a vacuum insulation panel according to the present invention composed of a lum or metal outer layer 2.
You.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to Examples without limitation.Example Example 1
580 g of PUR-rigid foam powder from refrigeration equipment recycling plant
g of water and diphenylmethane diisocyanate
Polyisocyanate (Desmodur VP.PU 1520 A 20, Bayer
AG) and 58 g of the polyisocyanate mixture from
The mixture was uniformly mixed with a Geaplau mixer. A molded body is formed from this mixture in a mold
And pressed uniformly, then in a manual press at a pressure of 5 bar and a temperature of 120 ° C.
Press to 20 mm using a time-measurement program for 8 minutes under
Molded.
