The fire extinguisher of the present invention is to put a predetermined amount of aqueous foam fire extinguisher soluble in water at a predetermined volume ratio together with a nonflammable liquefied gas in a preferable weight ratio so that the nonflammable liquefied gas is contained in the foam. It is manufactured by As is well known, aqueous foam extinguishes the use of foam to block fire from oxygen in the air, thereby extinguishing various fires. 2. 2. Description of the Related Art Fire extinguishants are generally classified into foam fire extinguishers, powder fire extinguishers such as ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, and volatile liquid fire extinguishers based on alkane halides. By using foam to block fire from oxygen in the air and by using the cooling effect of water, foam to extinguish fire can be divided into chemical foam and physical foam. In chemical foam, foam is generated from a fire extinguisher by the vapors produced by the chemical reaction. However, while chemical foams effectively put out the fire, the chemicals contained in the chemical foam freeze at about minus 5 degrees. For this reason, chemical foams are not suitable for use in winter. In addition, with physical foam, the stock solution of foam extinguisher is dissolved in a large amount of water and mixed with air by a whisk, thereby producing foam. Therefore, physical foams not only require foam generators, including mixing and pressure devices, but also require large amounts of water, and therefore physical foam extinguishers are widely used under limited conditions. Unsuitable for use. In addition, powder extinguishing media (ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium bicarbonate, etc.) produce ammonia, carbon dioxide and water when decomposed by heat. Ammonia and carbon dioxide gas reduce the concentration of oxygen in the air or suppress the supply of oxygen, and the water has a cooling effect on the fire, thereby extinguishing the fire. At this time, usually, the anhydride of the powder digestive agent dissolves on the surface of the combustible substance, and forms a thin film there. This thin film further inhibits air from coming into contact with the fire and enhances the fire extinguishing effect. Accordingly, powder fire extinguisher having ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as a main component is widely used in various fires. However, since the powder fire extinguisher has absorption characteristics, the powder fire extinguishing agent solidifies or deteriorates when stored for a long period of time. In addition, the volume of the powder fire extinguisher increases, so the volume of the fire extinguisher also increases. In addition, powder extinguisher is not suitable for use when expensive equipment or articles are burning because the flammable substance remains clean after the fire is extinguished. In addition, fire extinguishers containing halogenated alkanes, such as halon 1301 (CF 3 , Br) and halon 1211 (CF 2 , ClBr), or compounds thereof, are decomposed by the flame and prevent a continuous combustion reaction of the material. . Therefore, the fire is extinguished effectively and without contamination. However, when used in well ventilated areas or outdoors, the fire extinguisher must be of sufficient concentration to extinguish the fire. For this reason, extinguishing a fire requires a large amount of a fire extinguishing agent, which is more expensive than a powder extinguishing agent, which is costly. In addition, halogenated alkane-based volatile liquid fire extinguishers have high volatility and are less effective than powder fire extinguishers in the event of a major fire. Also, because halon is stable, volatile liquid fire extinguishers based on alkane halides are slowly decomposed in air and therefore cannot be extinguished rapidly. Furthermore, halogenated alkane-based volatile liquid fire extinguishing agents destroy the ozone layer in the stratosphere, so that halogenated alkane-based volatile liquid fire extinguishing agents promote the global greenhouse effect. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a fire extinguishing agent that can quickly extinguish a fire at an early stage. Is to do. To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method of dissolving 6 to 20 volume percent of an aqueous blowing agent in water, a step of injecting the dissolved aqueous blowing agent into a pressure vessel, and an incombustible liquefaction by applying pressure. Filling the pressure vessel with a gas, the extinguishing agent being discharged from the pressure vessel, characterized in that the extinguishing agent has foam containing a nonflammable liquefied gas. I do. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fire extinguishing foam generated by the non-flammable liquefied gas filled in the pressure vessel is continuously generated until the non-flammable liquefied gas is completely evaporated. Furthermore, since the fire extinguishing agent of the present invention must not be frozen by the heat of evaporation of the nonflammable liquefied gas, the weight or volume ratio of the aqueous foam fire extinguishing agent to the nonflammable liquefied gas is important. Applicants of the present invention have performed various tests which have resulted in improved fire extinguishing media. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below. A fire extinguishing agent according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises dissolving 6 to 20 volume percent of an aqueous blowing agent in water, injecting the dissolved aqueous blowing agent into a pressure vessel, and supplying 30 kg / cm of nonflammable liquefied gas. produced by the method comprising the step of filling the pressure vessel by applying a pressure of 2. Preferably, 3% of light water, manufactured by 3M, USA, is used as the aqueous blowing agent of the present invention. Light water (commonly referred to as AFFF 3%) is composed of 60 weight percent water, 30 weight percent 2-2 butoxy ethoxyethanol, and less than 5 weight percent fluoroalkane interface. It consists of an activator (fluoroalkane surfactant), up to 6% by weight of a synthetic detergent and up to 0.1% by weight of methyl benzotriazole. Light water is an aqueous blowing agent and is commonly used to extinguish fires caused by petroleum products. As is well known, light water, when used, is diluted with water to a density of 3 to 6% and produces foam by means of a pressure pump or a water supply pump. In the present invention, an aqueous blowing agent (3% AFFF) mixed with water is injected into a pressure vessel, and a nonflammable liquefied gas (Halon 1301) is charged into the pressure vessel as a blowing agent. In addition, in order to measure the volume and condition of the foam discharged from the pressure vessel, a pressure vessel having a volume of 3.55 liters and capable of withstanding a pressure of 150 kg / cm 2 and 75 liters of foam can be measured. Use both measuring devices. In this state, the applicant measured not only the mixing ratio of the aqueous blowing agent to water but also the volume of the foam and the discharge time. As a result, a numerical value satisfying the optimum condition was obtained. The results obtained by various tests are shown in the following graphs 1 to 3. (Graph 1) Foam generation test based on the mixing ratio of the aqueous blowing agent (Halon 1301) to water. (Graph 2) Foam generation test by changing the amount of aqueous blowing agent (Halon 1301) dissolved in water. (Graph 3) Foam generation test by amount of Halon 1301. As shown in the above graph, when the volume ratio of the aqueous blowing agent to water is 6% or less, the amount of foam generated is small, and the foam discharged from the pressure vessel is incombustible liquefied gas Tends to freeze by evaporation. In addition, when the volume ratio of aqueous blowing agent to water exceeds 20 percent, the amount of foam does not increase. Therefore, the volume ratio of the aqueous blowing agent to water is preferably set to 6 to 20%. Further, as shown in graph 2, the volume ratio of the aqueous blowing agent to water is 11. Preferably, it is set to 5%. On the other hand, in the fire extinguisher of the present invention, the ratio of the nonflammable liquefied gas to the aqueous blowing agent is preferably in the range of 2.5: 1 to 1.1: 1 by weight. Preferably, the pressure vessel has a pressure of 30 kg / cm 2 . If the pressure in the pressure vessel is low, bubbles will remain in the pressure vessel. Conversely, when the pressure in the pressure vessel is 30 kg / cm 2 or more, the pressure vessel discharges only gas in the last stage. On the other hand, according to the applicant's test, under the following conditions, the amount of foam was 75 liters and the discharge time was 56 seconds (temperature: 12 degrees Celsius, pressure vessel capacity: 2.75 liters, aqueous foam 1.75 liters of agent solution, 1.3 liters of pressurized incombustible liquefied gas, pressure in pressure vessel: 30 kg / cm 2 ). The drain time decreases with increasing pressure. In addition, although halon is generally used as the nonflammable liquefied gas of the present invention, a substitute material can be used as the nonflammable liquefied gas instead of halon. For example, 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-heptafluoropropane (1,1,1,2,3,3,3-heptafluoropropane) (commonly referred to as FM-200), chlorodifluoro Methane (commonly referred to as HCFC-22), 2,2-dichloro-1,1,1-trifluoroethane (commonly referred to as HCFC-123), 2-chloro-1,1,1,2- At least one selected from the group consisting of tetrafluoroethane (commonly referred to as HCFC-124) or a mixture thereof mixed with isopropenyl-1-methylcyclohexane may be used as the nonflammable liquefied gas of the present invention. it can. The applicant of the present invention has conducted tests using FM-200 as a nonflammable liquefied gas. The results obtained from the test are shown in the following graphs 4 to 6. (Graph 4) Foam generation test by mixing ratio of aqueous blowing agent to water. (Graph 5) Foam generation test by FM-200 amount. (Graph 6) Foam generation test by changing the amount of aqueous blowing agent (FM-200) dissolved in water. As can be seen from the above graph, because FM-200 has a higher latent heat of vaporization than Halon 1301 and has a lower vapor pressure, FM-200 does not evaporate sufficiently, thus effectively expanding the foam. I can't let it. However, if the mixing ratio of aqueous blowing agent to water is 25 volume percent and the amount of FM-200 is 0.5 kg, 60 liters of foam will be discharged. Although the amount of foam discharged is smaller than in the case of halon (which discharges 75 liters of foam), FM-200 can be preferably used as a nonflammable liquefied gas because it does not pollute the natural environment. Further, according to the present invention, when a nonflammable liquefied gas having a low heat of evaporation is used as a substitute material, carbon dioxide having a high heat of evaporation may be mixed with the nonflammable liquefied gas. Carbon dioxide can be added to the nonflammable liquefied gas up to 50 percent of the total amount of the nonflammable liquefied gas. In this case, it is preferred to add 10 weight percent ethylene glycol to the aqueous blowing agent. Ethylene glycol is a type of antifreeze and thus prevents the foam from freezing when the foam is discharged from the pressure vessel. As mentioned above, the fire extinguishing agent of the present invention produces a foam that forms a thin film on the combustible material so that the fire is insulated from oxygen in the air, which can extinguish the fire. At the same time, the fire extinguishing agent of the present invention is contained in the foam, and when the foam bursts, the non-flammable liquefied gas emitted from the foam reduces the density of oxygen in the air, thereby improving the fire extinguishing effect. Although the present invention has been shown and described with respect to particularly preferred embodiments, it is not limited to these embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.
