Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.制御デバイスを制御するためおよび/または前記制御デバイスの状態を示 すために、信号を受信および/または送信するための壁掛け式の送信機および/ または受信機と共に使用される無線周波アンテナであり、前記アンテナが: 電気ウオールボックスの外部に面している開口部をカバーする寸法のフェース プレートによって輸郭が定められた域内に適合する寸法となっている絶縁基板で あり、前記基板が側面およびエッジを有する絶縁基板と; 容量成分を形成する前記基板の両側面上に配置された導体と; を具備し、 前記導体の内の少なくとも1つが環境中に無線周波エネルギを放射し、前記1 つの導体が他の導体と電気的に接続され、前記1つの導体が前記アンテナに誘導 成分を与えるような領域中には存在しないようなパターンを有し; 前記少なくとも1つの導体がさらに、前記送信機および/または受信機に対す る接続線となり; 前記アンテナが、実質的に前記エッジに存在し、前記アンテナに隣接配置して 接続されている電気回路に対しては微弱な電磁場カプリングを提供する近距離場 を提供し、さらに、遠距離場では実質的に等方性である放射場を提供する; ことを特徴とするアンテナ。 2.前記送信機および/または受信機が電気ウオールボックス内に配置されて いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンテナ。 3.前記制御デバイスが前記アンテナに隣接して配置されていることを特徴と する請求項1に記載のアンテナ。 4.前記制御デバイスが前記アンテナから遠隔に配置されていることを特徴と する請求項1に記載のアンテナ。 5.前記制御デバイスが、手動アクチュエータを有する照明制御装置を具備し 、前記照明制御装置がさらに、前記送信機および/受信機によって制御され、前 記基板が前記照明制御装置の前記手動アクチュエータに対して間隙を提供するこ とを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアンテナ。 6.前記1つの導体が、前記導体が前記誘導成分を提供するために存在しない ような長手方向に伸張するスロットを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のア ンテナ。 7.前記スロットがHパターン形状で形成されており、前記Hパターンに隣接 する前記導体の領域が、前記近距離場を提供するための側面放射体を形成するこ とを特徴とする請求項6に記載のアンテナ。 8.前記導体が前記制御装置に電気的にカプリングされていて、さらに、環境 から前記アンテナを電気的に分離するために前記アンテナの上方に配置されてい る絶縁ベゼルを具備することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアンテナ。 9.前記基板および前記照明制御装置を支持して、前記照明制御装置を取り付 けるようになっている金属支持プレートをさらに具備し、絶縁体が前記アンテナ と前記支持プレート間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のアン テナ。 10.前記基板が、1つの単一ガング電気ウオールボックスの開口部と共に実 質的に伸張することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアンテナ。 11.前記照明制御装置にカプリングされている光学インジケータをさらに具 備し、さらに、前記光学インジケータが環境下で見えるように、前記基板に開口 部を具備することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアンテナ。 12.前記光学インジケータが光学導波管を具備することを特徴とする請求項 11に記載のアンテナ。 13.前記基板が長さおよび幅を有し、前記基板の前記長さおよび前記幅が、 前記送信機および/または受信機によって処理される送信および/受信用フリー スペース放射波長より実質的に短いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンテナ 。 14.前記1つの導体を前記送信機および/または受信機に接続するための、 前記1つの導体上に配置された1連の整合構成部品をさらに具備することを特徴 とする請求項1に記載のアンテナ。 15.前記アンテナの前記容量成分と平行して前記1つの導体上に配置された 1つの整合構成部品をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項14に記載のアン テナ。 16.前記基板が、その長さおよび/または幅以内の共振長を有するような比 誘電率を有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のアンテナ。 17.前記1つの導体が、前記送信機および/または受信機が取り付けられて いる壁から外部に面して配置されており、前記他の導体が前記壁に面しており、 前記近距離場が、前記壁に面している前記他の導体の表面に実質的に隣接してい ないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンテナ。 18.前記制御デバイスが、少なくとも1つの照明制御デバイスを遠隔制御す るためのマスター制御デバイスを具備することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のア ンテナ。 19.被制御電気デバイスの状態を制御するための電気ウオールボックス内部 に少なくとも部分的に取り付けられるようになっている電気制御デバイスであり 、前記電気制御デバイスが: ハウジングと; 前記ハウジングにカプリングされた支持ヨークであり、前記支持ヨークが、前 記ヨークを前記電気ウオールボックスにカプリングさせるための留めデバイスを 有する支持ヨークと; 前記被制御電気デバイスの状態を制御するために前記ハウジング内部に収納さ れている制御可能なように導電性のデバイスと; 前記ハウジング内の制御回路と; 前記ハウジング内の送信機/受信機と; 前記ウオールボックスの外部に面している開口部のためのフェースプレートに よって輸郭が定められる領域内部にはめ合うような寸法を持つアンテナと; を具備し、 前記アンテナが、遠隔制御デバイスから信号を受信し、前記遠隔制御デバイス に信号を送信するようになっており、前記アンテナが、前記送信機/受信機にカ プリングされており、前記送信機/受信機が前記信号を前記制御回路にカプリン グして、前記制御可能に導電性のデバイスを遠隔制御し、前記送信機/受信機が 前記制御回路から信号を受信して、信号を前記遠隔制御デバイスに提供して、前 記被制御電気デバイスの状態を示す; ことを特徴とする電気制御デバイス。 20.前記被制御電気デバイスの状態を表示するための表示装置をさらに具備 することを特徴とする請求項19に記載のデバイス。 21.前記ヨークが、前記ハウジングと実質的に共に伸張し、前記ヨークを前 記電気ウオールボックスに留めるための自身から伸張する取付耳を有する金属プ レートを具備し、前記アンテナが前記ヨークの外部に面する表面上に配置されて いて、絶縁素子によって前記ヨークから絶縁されていることを特徴とする請求項 19に記載のデバイス。 22.前記ヨークが、前記送信機/受信機と前記アンテナの間に電気的接続を 設けるための開口部を含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載のデバイス。 23.前記制御可能な導電性デバイスを制御するための手動アクチュエータを さらに具備することを特徴とする請求項19に記載のデバイス。 24.前記制御可能な導電性デバイスが半導体デバイスを具備することを特徴 とする請求項19に記載のデバイス。 25.前記制御可能な導電性デバイスと直列に配置されたエアギャップスイッ チをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項19に記載のデバイス。 26.前記アンテナが、無線周波を放射する表面および受信する表面となる金 属化された表面を有する絶縁表面を具備することを特徴とする請求項19に記載 のデバイス。 27.前記アンテナの基板が、使用者から見える位置に少なくとも1つの表示 デバイスを提供するための開口部を有することを特徴とする請求項26に記載の デバイス。 28.前記アンテナの上方に配置された外部ベゼルをさらに具備し、前記ベゼ ルが前記手動アクチュエータのための開口部を有することを特徴とする請求項2 3に記載のデバイス。 29.前記アンテナが、前記手動アクチュエータ用の開口部を含むことを特徴 とする請求項23に記載のデバイス。 30.前記被制御電気デバイスが電気ランプを具備し、前記制御回路が、前記 ランプの輝度を制御するための調光回路をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求 項19に記載のデバイス。 31.電気ウオールボックスの内部に少なくとも部分的に取り付けられるよう になっており、さらに、電線接続なしで、被制御電気デバイスに接続されている 電気制御デバイスを制御するようになっている遠隔制御デバイスであり、前記遠 隔制御デバイスが: ハウジングと; 前記ハウジングにカプリングされた支持ヨークであり、前記支持ヨークが、前 記ヨークを前記電気ウオールボックスにカプリングさせるための留めデバイスを 有する支持ヨークと; 前記ハウジング内に収納された制御回路と; 前記ハウジング内に収納された送信機/受信機と; 前記ウオールボックスの外部に面する開口部用のフェースプレートによって輸 郭が定められる領域内部にはめ合うような寸法のアンテナと; 前記アンテナの上方に配置された外部ベゼルと; 前記ベゼルから伸張する少なくとも1つのアクチュエータであり、前記アクチ ュエータが前記制御回路にカプリングされていて、前記制御回路に信号を提供し 、これによって、前記被制御電気デバイスの状態を制御するアクチュエータと; を具備し、 前記アンテナが、前記制御デバイスに信号を送信し、前記制御デバイスから信 号を受信するようになっており、前記アンテナが、前記送信機/受信機にカプリ ングされており、前記送信機/受信機が、前記制御回路からの信号を前記アンテ ナにカプリングして、前記制御デバイスを遠隔制御し、これによって、前記被制 御電気デバイスの状態を制御し、前記送信機/受信機が前記制御デバイスからの 前記アンテナの信号を受信して、前記制御回路に信号を提供し、これによって前 記被制御電気デバイスの状態を支持する; ことを特徴とする遠隔制御デバイス。 32.前記被制御電気デバイスの状態を表示するための表示装置をさらに具備 することを特徴とする請求項31に記載のデバイス。 33.前記ヨークが、前記ハウジングと実質的に共に伸張し、前記ヨークを前 記電気ウオールボックスに留めるための自身から伸張する取付耳を有する金属プ レートを具備し、前記アンテナが、前記ヨークの外部に面する表面上に配置され ており、絶縁素子によって前記ヨークから絶縁されていることを特徴とする請求 項31に記載のデバイス。 34.前記ヨークが、前記送信機/受信機と前記アンテナの間に電気的接続を 設けるための開口部および、前記アクチュエータのための少なくとも1つの開口 部を含むことを特徴とする請求項33に記載のデバイス。 35.前記被制御電気デバイスが電気ランプを具備することを特徴とする請求 項31に記載のデバイス。 36.前記アンテナが、無線周波の放射表面および受信表面となる金属化され た表面を有する絶縁基板を具備することを特徴とする請求項31に記載のデバイ ス。 37.前記アンテナ基板が、使用者が見える位置に少なくとも1つの表示デバ イスを提供するための開口部を有することを特徴とする請求項36に記載のデバ イス。 38.前記基板の前記長さおよび前記幅が、前記送信機/受信機によって処理 されるフリースペース放射線波長の約1/10未満であることを特徴とする請求 項13に記載のアンテナ。
