Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 被覆剤組成物であって、 i)ポリイソシアネートと、 ii)アミノ基又は保護アミノ基を有する反応性希釈剤と、 iii)第2級ヒドロキシル基をもつポリエステルであるヒドロキシル官能性化合物 とを不揮発性有機溶剤に溶解した溶液を含有してなる被覆剤組成物。 2. 被覆剤組成物中のポリイソシアネートのイソシアネート基の個数とヒド ロキシル基と保護及び未保護アミノ基の合計個数との比率が0.7:1〜3:1の 範囲内にある請求1記載の組成物。 3.反応性希釈剤がアルジミン、ケチミン又はアスパラギン酸エステルである 請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。 4. 反応性希釈剤が、次の式(II): H2N−R−NH2 (式中、RはC2 〜18脂肪族基、脂環式基又は芳香族基である)で表されるジアミ ンとアルデヒド又はケトンとの反応生成物であるアルジミン又はケチミンである 請求項3に記載の組成物。 5. 前記のアルデヒド又はケトンが2〜8個の炭素原子を有するものである 請求項4に記載の組成物。 6. 前記のヒドロキシル官能性化合物が5000未満の分子量をもつものである 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 7.前記のヒドロキシル官能性化合物の第2級ヒドロキシル基がカルボン酸基 とエポキシ基との間の反応の生成物である請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の 組成物。 8. 前記のヒドロキシル官能性化合物が多価カルボン酸とモノエポキシドと の反応生成物である請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 9. 前記のモノエポキシドが(C8〜C9)第3級カルボン酸のグリシジルエス テルである請求項8に記載の組成物。 10. 前記の多価カルボン酸がカルボン酸基を2個以上有するポリエステルで ある請求項8又は9に記載の組成物。 11. 前記の多価カルボン酸がポリオールと酸無水物との反応生成物である請 求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 12. 前記ポリオールがヒドロキシル基を2〜4個有するものである請求項11 に記載の組成物。 13. 請求項1記載の被覆剤組成物の製造方法であって、 i)ポリイソシアネートと、 ii)アミノ基又は保護アミノ基を有する反応性希釈剤と、 iii)第2級ヒドロキシル基をもつポリエステルであるヒドロキシル官能性化合物 とを場合によっては有機溶剤に溶解して任意の順序で混合することからなる請求 項1記載の被覆剤組成物の製造方法。 14. 請求項1記載の被覆剤組成物の層を基材の表面に塗布し、その後に塗布 層を硬化させる工程からなる基材の塗布方法。 15. 請求項14に記載の方法によって取得し得る被覆基材。
