Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.逆圧バルーン型の移植可能な心臓補助ポンプ(10)を制御するための回 路(26)であって、分離された容積部(20)と協働する可変容積手段(24 )を具備し、血液は前記容積部(20)の変化によって前記容積(20)を通り 流れ、血液は周期的に制御されて流れる回路において、心臓血管系の状態を表す データを検知する手段を具備し、前記検知手段は、 ・大動脈の圧力(P(t))を表すデータを検知する手段と、 ・静脈酸素濃度(PO2V)を表すデータを検知する手段と、 ・大動脈酸素濃度(PO2A)を表すデータを検知する手段と、 ・心拍周波数(F)を表すデータを検知する手段と、 ・心筋の収縮率(dP/dt)を表すデータを検知する手段 とを具備する群の少なくともいくつかの手段を具備することを特徴とする回路。 2.前記可変の容積手段を制御するための心臓補助の制御手段を有し、前記制 御手段は、 ・心筋の収縮段階の間における前記容積部の変化率(u(t))を制御する手 段と、 ・心筋の拡張段階の間における前記容積部の変化率(v(t))を制御する手 段と、 ・心筋の収縮段階の間における前記容積部の変化が始まる瞬間(tA)を制御 する手段と、 ・心筋の拡張段階の間における前記容積部の変化が始まる瞬間(tR)を制御 する手段 とを具備する群の少なくともいくつかの手段を具備する請求項1に記載の回路。 3.心臓に与えられる補助が予め定められ、 (i)参照パラメタのためのプログラムされた組の静止値と、 (ii)前記心拍周波数(F)の関数として前記パラメタの少なくとも一つを修 正するためのアルゴリズムとに基づいて作動し、前記パラメタが、心筋の収縮段 階の間における前記容積部の変化率(u(t))、心筋の拡張段階の間における 前記容積部の変化率(v(t))、心筋の収縮段階の間における前記容積部の変 化が始まる瞬間(tA)及び、心筋の拡張段階の間における前記容積部の変化が 始まる瞬間(tR)のパラメタの少なくとも一つを具備する請求項2に記載の回 路。 4.患者の代謝の必要性を表すデータ(MV)を検知するための手段をさらに 有する請求項2に記載の回路。 5.患者の身体的な活動を表すデータ(G)を検知するための手段をさらに有 する請求項2に記載の回路。 6.心臓に与えられる補助が自動で、 (i)大動脈の圧力(p(t))、静脈酸素濃度(PO2V)、大動脈酸素濃度 (PO2A)、心拍周波数(F)及び心筋の収縮率(dP/dt)を少なくとも具 備する実時間に発生される検知される代表データの組 (ii)対応する参照パラメタの組 (iii)前記代表データの組と前記参照組との間に確定される差 (iv)このように確定される差の関数として前記可変の容積手段 を実行するためのアルゴリズムに基づき作動する請求項2に記載の回路。 7.前記可変の容積手段を実行するためのアルゴリズムが、特に逐次近似法に よって補助を適用することによって、心臓の補助に追跡するのに供する請求項6 に記載の回路。 8.心臓の補助が、実時間に発生されたデータの組又は参照組を修正するのに 供する請求項4又は5と結び付けられる請求項7に記載の回路。
