Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.タンク中の有機成分を含む廃棄物の生物学的熱処理方法であって、タンクか ら引出された排出空気を、当該タンクに再び戻す方法において(循環空気操作 )、前記排出空気を、当該タンクに再び戻す前に加熱することを特徴とする当 該方法。 2.循環空気の組成を、その成分の分圧に依存して調節する、請求の範囲第1項 記載の方法。 3.気体代謝生成物を、循環空気から、好ましくはモレキュラシーブで分離する 、請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載の方法。 4.好気性及び嫌気性ガス混合物を、窒素含有量に依存して、腐敗混合物に交互 に流す、請求の範囲第1項乃至第3項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5.湿気が飽和しかつ水吸収性のガス混合物を、微生物の優勢なタイプに依存し て、腐敗混合物に交互に流す、請求の範囲第1項乃至第4項のいずれか1項に 記載の方法。 6.循環空気が、純酸素で富化した、請求の範囲第1項乃至第5項のいずれか1 項に記載の方法。 7.凝縮物を、排出空気から分離し及びこの凝縮物の容量及び/又は成分を調節 する、請求の範囲第1項乃至第6項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8.前記調節を、伝導性、化学的酸素要求量及び/又はpH値に依存して行なう 、 請求の範囲第7項記載の方法。 9.排出空気を当該タンクに再び入れる前に、水を、当該排出空気に供給する、 請求の範囲第1項乃至第8項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 10.いくつかのタンク(21,22,23)が設けられ、その排出空気管(27 , 28,29)は、排出空気マニホールド(30)中に開口し、かつその導入 空 気管(24,25,26)は、導入空気マニホールド(31)から分岐する 、 請求の範囲第1項乃至第9項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 11.排出空気マニホールド(30)から導入空気マニホールド(31)へ熱を与 えるための熱交換器、好ましくは、空気/空気熱交換器(32)を備える、請 求の範囲第10項記載の方法。 12.排出空気マニホールド(30)から冷却系、好ましくは水冷循環系(36) に熱を与えるための熱交換器、好ましくは、空気/水熱交換器(33,34, 35)を備える、請求の範囲第10項又は第11項記載の方法。 13.導入空気マニホールド(31)を通って流れる空気を予熱するための予熱装 置(48)を備える、請求の範囲第10項乃至第12項のいずれか1項に記載 の方法。 14.いくつかのタンク(21,22,23)を含み、導入空気管及び排出空気管 (24,25,26;27,28,29)が、タンク、排出空気マニホールド (30)及び導入空気マニホールド(31)に連結している、請求の範囲第1 0項記載の方法を実施するための装置。 15.熱交換器、好ましくは、空気/空気熱交換器(32)、及び/又は熱交換器 、好ましくは、空気/水熱交換器(33,34,35)、及び/又は予熱装置 (48)を備える、請求の範囲第14項記載の装置。
