Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.出力部材が、解放位置とロック位置との間でばねの押圧力に抗して直線運動 できるように取り付けられており、かつ、出力部材と関連する衝合手段の経路 内に入る方向および該経路から出る方向に、出力部材の移動方向に対して横方 向に移動できるロック部材が設けられたばね付勢形駆動機構において、前記ロ ック部材は実質的に開リングまたは閉リングの形態をなしており、前記駆動機 構が解放されると、衝合手段がばねの作用を受けてロック部材を通ることがで き、前記実質的にリング状のロック部材は2つ以上のセクションで選択的に構 成されていることを特徴とするばね付勢形駆動機構。 2.前記ロック部材は、任意遮断形実質的閉リングを形成することを特徴とする 請求の範囲第1項に記載のばね付勢形駆動機構。 3.前記ロック部材は、互いに実質的に直径方向に対向する少なくとも2つの位 置で衝合手段と係合することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記 載のばね付勢形駆動機構。 4.前記ばねは螺旋状圧縮ばねであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第3 項のいずれか1項に記載のばね付勢形駆動機構。 5.前記ロック部材は、前記出力部材がロック位置に到達すると衝合手段にスナ ップ嵌合して該衝合手段と整合することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第4 項のいずれか1項に記載のばね付勢形駆動機構。 6.前記スナップ嵌合作用は、出力部材を解放位置からロック位置へと移動させ る手段と関連するカムにより与えられることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項に 記載のばね付勢形駆動機構。 7.前記スナップ嵌合作用は、1つ以上のばねにより与えられることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第5項に記載のばね付勢形駆動機構。 8.前記ロック部材は弾性的に変形してスナップ嵌合作用を与えることができる ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項に記載のばね付勢形駆動機構。 9.前記ロック部材は、付勢手段を押圧することにより、手動により衝合手段の 通路から外れるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第 8項のいずれか1項に記載のばね付勢形駆動機構。 10.前記ばねの押圧力に抗して出力手段を移動させる増力伝達手段を更に有する ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第9項のいずれか1項に記載のばね付勢 形駆動機構。 11.前記増力伝達手段は、鋸歯状スラストカムを備えた回転部品からなることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第10項に記載のばね付勢形駆動機構。 12.前記出力部材は、シリンダ内のピストンを移動させて、シリンダ内の流体を 圧縮することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第11項のいずれか1項に記載 のばね付勢形駆動機構。 13.請求の範囲第12項による機構を有することを特徴とする流体噴霧装置。 14.定用量形吸入器であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第13項に記載の装置。 15.迅速運動部材として機能する出力駆動部材に作用するばねと、該ばねに応力 を付与する駆動手段と、ロック部材と、出力駆動部材の上下の衝合手段と、ロ ック部材を解放する手段とを有するばね付勢形出力駆動装置のロック応力機構 において、 ばねに応力を付与する駆動手段とばねとの間の増力伝達手段と、 係合ロック表面を備えた環状に配置されたロック部材とを有することを特徴 とするロック応力機構。 16.コイルばねまたは板ばねを有し、該コイルばねまたは板ばねは、引張りばね または圧縮ばねとして機能しかつ好ましくは円筒状であることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第15項に記載のロック応力機構。 17.前記ばねに応力を付与する駆動手段とばねとの間の増力伝達手段としてのね じスラスト伝達手段を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第15項または第16 項に記載のロック応力機構。 18.前記円筒状のロック応力機構の軸線に対して垂直な平面内で変位可能に配置 されたロック部材としての開リングまたは閉リングを有することを特徴とする 請求の範囲第15項〜第17項のいずれか1項に記載のロック応力機構。 19.半径方向に弾性的に変形可能なリングの形態、または板ばねが一体に形成さ れた剛性リングの形態、またはカム突出部を備えた剛性リングの形態、または 剛性リングおよび金属バネの形態をなすロック部材を有することを特徴とする 請求の範囲第15項〜第18項のいずれか1項に記載のロック応力機構。 20.プラスチックまたは金属からなるロック部材を有することを特徴とする請求 の範囲第15〜第19項のいずれか1項項に記載のロック応力機構。 21.前記ロック部材に連結またはカップリングされた解放ボタンを有することを 特徴とする請求の範囲第15項〜第20項のいずれか1項に記載のロック応力 機構。
