Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.高圧流体輸送導管を接続するための装置において、 複数の流体通路を内部に有する中央コアと、 前記中央コアを取り囲んでおり前記中央コアに対して移動可能な外側部材と、 を含み、 前記外側部材は複数のセグメントを含み、 前記各セグメントは前記中央コア内の流体通路のそれぞれとつながっている流 体フロー導管を有し、 前記外側部材内の前記導管と前記中央コア内の前記通路との接合部におけるプ ロダクション流体の漏れに対するシーリングを行うシーリング手段が設けられ、 前記シーリング手段は、少なくとも1つの静的シール部によって前記中央コア に接続された中間部材を備え、かつ、少なくとも1つの動的シール部によって相 対的に移動可能な面に対してシーリングするものであることを特徴とする装置。 2.請求項1記載の装置において、 前記外側部材の複数のセグメントが積み重ねられており、各セグメントは互い に制限された相対的な動作ができるように隣接するセグメントを接続するための 手段を備え、 積み重ねられたセグメントに圧縮力を加えるための手段を含み、 前記各セグメントが、積み重ねられたセグメントを相互に並列に保持するため に圧縮力が加えられるショルダ部をそれぞれ具備する装置。 3.請求項2記載の装置において、 前記ショルダ部が前記中央コアに隣接した位置にある装置。 4.請求項2又は3記載の装置において、 各セグメントは、内部に動的シーリング手段が配置された溝を有する中間部材 によって隣接セグメントから分離され、 前記中央コアに対する各中間部材の位置が固定されている装置。 5.請求項4記載の装置において、 各中間部材が、前記中間部材内の溝内および前記中央コア内の溝内にそれぞれ 部分的に位置するキーによって、前記中央コアに対して固定されている装置。 6.請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の装置において、 前記静的シール部の少なくとも1つが、前記中央コアに対して前記中間部材を シールする装置。 7.請求項6記載の高圧流体輸送導管を接続するための装置において、 前記静的シール部又はその個々が、前記中央コアを取り囲むU字型環状リング シール部を備えている装置。 8.請求項7記載の装置において、 前記中央コアを取り囲む2つのU字型環状リングシール部を備え、U字の開放 側が互いに向き合っている装置。 9.請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の高圧流体輸送導管を接続するための装置 において、 前記静的シール部又はその個々のための流体加圧手段を備えている装置。 10.請求項7、8又は9のいずれかに記載の高圧流体輸送導管を接続するた めの装置において、 弾性膨張部材が、前記U字型シール部又はその個々の腕部の間に配置され、前 記静的シール又はその個々に張力を与える装置。 11.請求項2〜10のいずれかに記載の高圧流体輸送導管を接続するための 装置において、 各セグメントの径方向内側に位置し且つ前記中間部材のそれぞれと接する隔置 リングを備え、 前記隔置リングは前記セグメント間に圧縮力を伝える協働ショルダ部を有して いる装置。 12.請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の高圧流体輸送導管を接続するための 装置において、 前記動的シーリング手段がシーリング面を有するシーリングリングを備え、 各セグメント部材を、隣接セグメント部材と中間部材とに相互接続するための 手段を備えている装置。 13.請求項12記載の高圧流体輸送導管を接続するための装置において、 前記相互接続するための手段がボルトである高圧流体輸送導管を接続するため の装置。 14.請求項12又は13記載の高圧流体輸送導管を接続するための装置にお いて、 前記相互接続するための手段が相互接続された部品同士が相対的に移動できる ようにする装置。 15.請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の高圧流体輸送導管を接続するための 装置において、 前記動的シール部が作動圧力シール部である装置。 16.請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の高圧流体輸送導管を接続するための 装置において、 前記静的シール部がOリングシール部を備えている装置。 17.請求項16記載の高圧流体輸送導管を接続するための装置において、 前記Oリングシール部の低圧側に後方板を備えている装置。 18.請求項1〜17のいずれかに記載の高圧流体輸送導管を接続するための 装置において、 相対的に移動可能な面の間にベアリングを備えている装置。 19.請求項18記載の高圧流体輸送導管を接続するための装置において、 前記ベアリングがローラベアリングである装置。 20.請求項18記載の高圧流体輸送導管を接続するための装置において、 前記ベアリングがニードルベアリングである装置。
