Method for producing pulp cooking liquor
The present invention relates to the production of pulp and paper, more particularly for producing semi-finished textile products.
And a method for preparing a cooking liquor of pulp.
There is a known method for producing pulp cooking liquor by adding sulfate to an aqueous medium.
(1).
Another known method for producing acidic cooking liquors is to reach the required pH value.
Some sulfite anhydrides saturate the aqueous medium (2, 3).
The above methods have the following disadvantages. That is, a large amount of metal is used to prepare the cooking liquor.
It requires water (fresh water) and the treatment required for its emissions is relatively costly and
The final pulp yield is low.
It is also closest to the present invention for preparing a cooking liquor for producing semi-finished fibers
Inventions are known. In this method, biologically treated wastewater is used as an aqueous medium.
used. This wastewater generally produces an excess of 0.5 to 17.0 g / l of activated sludge.
Therefore, it must be recovered from another concentration tank in which sulfate is dissolved. Sulfite
Or hydrogen sulfide used in the digestion process, the aqueous medium reaches the required pH
Until it is saturated with anhydrous sulfite (4).
This method is economical because it uses biologically treated wastewater instead of fresh water.
is there. However, this method has a relatively low pulp yield and is currently needed.
Level of pulp quality parameters cannot be ensured. Moreover
In the process, low concentration activated sludge wastewater is used as the aqueous medium.
The method of the present invention increases the yield of the final product, improves its quality,
Fiber semi-finished product capable of expanding raw material resources for preparing sulfite cooking liquor
It is an object to provide a method for preparing a pulp cooking liquor for production.
The above object is achieved as follows. That is, a suspension of 18 to 40 g / l
In biologically treated effluent solutions of pulp and paper production with suspended solids
Ash (NaTwo1.5 to 2.50 wt% based on O) or the same emissions as above
At 25-40 ° C. with a mixture of basic salts (NaTwo50-90 weights based on O
% Of NaTwoCOThreeAnd 1.5-2.5% by weight of CaO).
One of the alkaline hydrolysates from which the deposits have been removed is used as an aqueous medium,
Until the content of anhydrous sulphite in the solution becomes 2.5 to 5.5% by weight based on the whole solution
Solved by saturating this aqueous medium with anhydrous sulfite at 35-40 ° C
Is done.
The method of the present invention differs from known methods in having the following features. That is, 18
Biologically processed in the manufacture of pulp and paper in which 4040 g / l suspended solids are suspended
Soda ash (NaTwoEffluent solution containing 1.5 to 2.50% by weight based on O)
Or the effluent at 25-40 ° C. with a mixture of basic salts (NaTwoBased on O
50-90% by weight of NaTwoCOThreeAnd 1.5-2.5% by weight of CaO)
Alkaline hydrolyzate from which precipitates generated by treatment are removed is used as an aqueous medium
.
Soda ash dissolved in pulp and paper effluent or hydrolysis from said effluent
The efficiency of pulping can be increased by using any of the products
. This is the process of making the cooking liquor,
Since the decomposition products act as inhibitors, the step of thermo-oxidative decomposition of carbohydrates can be omitted.
This is because that.
To saturate soda ash in biological treatment wastewater containing excess activated sludge
The use of sulfate anhydrides results in acid hydrolysis of the bioorganic moiety. This creature
The organic portion amounts to 83% by weight based on the dry residue. To treat the above wastewater
By using a mixture of basic salts, the caustication reaction completes its saturation
Go forward,
NaTwoCOThree+ CaO + HTwoO = 2NaOH + CaCOThree
This involves an alkaline hydrolysis of the biological organic portion of the activated sludge.
Activated sludge biomass results from acid and alkaline hydrolysis
The main components are amino acids and their sodium salts (about 68% based on total organics in solution).
-80% by weight), carboxylic acid and its salts (10-15% by weight), neutral ether
Soluble substances (5-12% by weight) and phenols (2-12% by weight). Pal
Activated sludge biomass from pulp and paper wastewater treatment plants is based on dry residues.
Contains a significant amount of fine fiber powder, muddy lignin and sawdust of up to 17% by weight.
It needs to be compressed.
With careful mixing, the calcium carbonate produced by the caustic reaction described above is activated.
Is evenly distributed among the non-hydrolyzed solid particles of municipal sludge biomass
. As a result, activated sludge that is usually hardly bound
The unhydrolyzed sediment of biomass is bound into a preferred structure,
It can be easily processed by filtration or precipitation.
This method is biologically treated and the activated sludge biomass concentration is reduced to 18%.
Industrial wastewater of 4040 g / l is used. Activated sludge is stored in a special settling tank.
It is preferable to use the above concentration obtained by preliminarily solidifying iomas.
No. This allows acid hydrolysis products and alcohols formed during the preparation of the cooking liquor to be prepared.
Cooking more efficiently because the content of rehydrolysis products is higher than usual
Can be. Furthermore, industrial wastewater containing a high concentration of activated sludge (18-40 g / l)
The biomass of the activated sludge can be utilized by using.
First, at 35 to 40 ° C. until it becomes 2.5 to 5.5% by weight with anhydrous sulfite.
The active sludge biomass is completely acid-hydrolyzed by
At this time, producing a substance that improves the quality of the cooking liquor. And
Optimized digestion conditions increase the yield of semi-finished fiber products and increase their mechanical properties.
The performance is improved.
As already mentioned, the use of alkaline hydrolyzate as aqueous medium
From the unhydrolyzed portion of the activated sludge biomass (calcium carbonate
(Co-precipitation with aluminum). This is absolute
Required for semi-finished textile products, as it can be up to 17% by weight based on dry matter
Quality characteristics can be improved.
Processing Conditions of the Invention for Alkaline Hydrolysis Products (NaTwoBased on O: 1.
50 to 90% by weight of sodium carbonate in 55 to 2.50% by weight of calcium oxide
At 25-40 ° C. with a mixed basic salt containing 10-15% by weight of
Process conditions to remove the sediment), complete the bio-organic portion of the activated sludge
Insoluble slime (mud) can be removed by alkali hydrolysis. Also, according to the present invention,
Thus, the efficiency of the cooking process can be improved and the quality of the semi-finished fiber product can be improved.
This method is performed as follows.
Radiant concentrator or vertical concentration of wastewater from biologically treated pulp and paper mill
The concentration of activated sludge in a vessel (radial or vertical thickener) is 18 to 40 g

The solution was sent to an absorber and saturated with sulphite anhydride at 35-45 ° C.
The concentration was adjusted to 2.5-5.5% by weight and the organic part of the sludge was dissolved. Ma
A biologically treated, excess activated sludge concentration in the range of 18 to 40 g / l

And a mixture containing alkaline hydrolyzate, insoluble slime and calcium carbonate.
The mixture was dried by filtration or precipitation.
The alkali hydrolyzate thus removed is sent to an absorber, where it is supplied with 35-45

The present invention will be described in detail based on the following examples.

In addition, fresh water is not used in the preparation of the cooking liquor, and raw material resources for this production are expanded.
Was stretched. At the same time, the invention reduces all wastewater discharged by the pulp and paper mill.
