[0003] By integral formation or joint formation, a plurality of rotating blade plates having a predetermined thickness are protruded from a rotating shaft at predetermined intervals in the axial direction in a juxtaposed state. The rotating shafts of the rotating shafts are supported so as to face each other, and between the rotating blade plates of one rotating shaft, the tip of each rotating blade plate of the other rotating shaft is disposed so as to be interposed therebetween, and from the rotating shaft direction. When viewed, the rotating blade plates are configured to alternately overlap, and sharp edges are formed at the left and right corners of the tip of each of the rotating blade plates, and the blade edges compete with each other and overlap to overlap. Are formed at regular intervals in the direction of the rotation axis. For example, a configuration is employed in which a number of opposed flat blades are engaged with each other.

[0004] Therefore, the portion where the rotating blade plate overlaps, that is,
By feeding from the top several stacked papers to the overlapping portion where a number of edge overlapping positions are juxtaposed, the paper is cut at each edge overlapping position while the paper is sent downward by the rotating blade plate rotated by the rotating shaft. For example, a large number of papers are cut in the longitudinal direction (feeding direction) and the paper is shredded into elongated strips, and the thin pieces are continuously shredded and discharged downward from between the rotary blade plates of the rotary shaft. are doing.

However, for example, a strip of paper is fed from above, cut at the edge overlapping position, and discharged from between the rotary blade plates to the lower side. It rolls up along the outer surface of the rotating shaft,
In some cases, the paper feeding may be hindered or the paper may stop due to jamming.

First, the following can be considered as the entanglement prevention guide body. A substantially semi-circular cutout opening is formed from the inner end surface of the plate material interposed between the rotary blade plates toward the center, and the distance between the tips is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the outer surface of the rotary shaft. A surrounding inner edge surrounding the outer half area of the outer half of the portion in close proximity is formed at the inner edge of the notch opening, and a guide body made of this plate material is interposed and fixed between the rotary blade plates from outside the rotary shaft. The end of the surrounding inner edge is configured to be as close to the outer surface as possible.

That is, even if the small fragments discharged after cutting from between the rotary blade plates attempt to roll up along the outer surface, they come into contact with the outer surface of the leading end of the inner peripheral edge and are discharged and guided downward along the inner end surface of the guide body. However, since the outer peripheral area of the inner half of the outer surface of the rotating shaft is not surrounded and is exposed, if a small fragment contacts this outer surface, it is attempted to wind along the outer surface. Therefore, even if the tip of the inner edge of the enclosure is made as close as possible to the outer surface with as little gap as possible, one or several pieces of the plurality of small fragments may enter through this gap and be rolled up along the outer surface. It still occurs.

Therefore, it is necessary to eliminate the exposed portion of the outer surface as much as possible, and to receive and guide the small fragments at the end of the inner edge of the surroundings and one end surface of the guide body connected thereto before attempting to wind in, Instead of a semicircular surrounding edge, the outer surface is surrounded by a C-shaped or substantially arc-shaped surrounding inner edge, the interval between the leading ends of the surrounding inner edge is narrowed to reduce the exposed portion of the outer surface, and the leading end and the outer surface are brought close to each other. Need to be done.

Another object of the present invention is to attempt to fix a plate-like guide body between the rotary blade plates from the outside of the rotary shaft, but with respect to the rotary shaft having the rotary blade plate. If it is provided at the time of forming the joint, instead of being retrofitted, it is considered that this can be easily realized by simply making the inner peripheral edge of the envelope not a semicircle but a C shape. That is, for example, a guide having the C-shaped surrounding inner edge so as to cover the shaft spacer serving as the outer surface portion while forming a large number of rotary blade plates sequentially in the axial direction via the shaft spacer. It is conceivable to let the body intervene one by one,
In such splicing, the operation of sequentially interposing the guide members is extremely troublesome, resulting in extremely poor mass productivity and inevitably becomes more expensive.

It is a technical problem of the present invention to provide a structure which can be retrofitted to a rotary shaft with a rotary blade plate which is integrally formed, since the integral forming method is extremely excellent in mass productivity and the like. In addition, for example, if a plate-like guide body in which a number of slits for simply passing the rotary blade plate are arranged in parallel is fitted from the outside, the configuration is such that the small fragments are received on the plate surface, and the roll-in is involved. Insufficient strength is required to prevent the occurrence of the problem, resulting in poor practicality.

In view of these points, the present invention guides a small fragment which is interposed between the rotary blade plates from the outside to be rolled up on the inner end face of the plate material, and is not a plate surface but a plate length. While having sufficient strength to receive, the outer surface portion can be surrounded by a semi-circle region or more, the distance between the tips of the inner edge of the surrounding is set to be equal to or less than the outer diameter, and the tip is brought close to or in contact with the outer surface portion, and the effect of preventing entanglement is further improved. The purpose is to provide an innovative shredder.

More specifically, if only the semi-circular region is surrounded and the inner semi-circular region is largely exposed, the exposed outer surface portion 1A easily causes a wrapping phenomenon in the small fragment 3A, and the wrapping phenomenon occurs once. Later, even if the distal end 8A of the surrounding inner edge 8 is brought close to the outer surface 1A, one or several sheets may get caught up along the outer surface 1A from this gap. Since the inner exposed portion of the outer surface portion 1A is also surrounded, the exposed portion can be reduced. The discharge guide can be received and the entanglement preventing action can be effectively exhibited. As described in the problem to be solved by the invention, the present invention has a configuration that can secure sufficient strength as a configuration for receiving and guiding the discharge by the end face, that is, the plate length of the plate material, and a configuration that enlarges the surrounding area. This is realized based on an epoch-making idea of providing a notch 10 for wide / narrow deformation and opening / closing the inner edge 8 of the enclosure to attach the same.

In order to eliminate the possibility of entanglement, the outer surface 1
Although it may be considered that the tip 8A of the surrounding inner edge 8 only needs to be brought into contact with A, contact resistance to the rotation of the rotating shaft 1 is reduced if the tip 8A is simply contacted to eliminate the gap between the outer surface portion 1A and the tip 8A. In addition to the small fragments 3A
As a result, the small pieces 3A are not smoothly guided to be ejected, and there is a risk that a discharge resistance is generated, which also causes a problem in paper jam and paper feeding.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the guide body can be retrofitted to the rotary shaft with the rotary blade plate, and can be retrofitted even in the case of an integrally formed configuration. In addition to being a shredder, it guides the small pieces that are interposed between the rotating blade plates from the outside to the end and rolls in the inner end surface of the plate material, and has sufficient strength to receive not by the plate surface but by the plate length, so to speak. The outer surface portion can be surrounded by a semicircular region or more, the distance between the tips of the surrounding inner edge is set to be equal to or less than the diameter of the outer surface portion, and the tip is close to or abutted on the outer surface portion, so that the entrapment phenomenon of fine fragments can be suppressed. It becomes an extremely innovative shredder.

According to the third and fourth aspects of the present invention, by providing the edge support portions on the left and right sides of the outer surface, even if the fine fragments are sent along the exposed outer surface, the fine fragments are not removed. Since both ends are supported by the edge support portion, they are sent without being in contact with the outer surface portion while being separated from each other by the height of the edge support portion. Because the configuration is lower than the height of the part and it is close to the outer surface, the fine fragment is reliably received by the outer surface of the tip, and even if there is a gap without the tip touching the outer surface, the fine fragment is It does not enter the gap, but is always received by the outer surface of the leading end, and is guided and discharged by the end face of the plate material. This is a more revolutionary shredder that can more surely prevent the entanglement of the small fragments.

Alternatively, an entrainment prevention guide body for preventing winding up is provided, and this guide body is formed of a plate material, and is arranged in a fitted state along the outer surface of the rotary shaft between the rotary blade plates and surrounds the C-shape or The inner edge of the substantially arc-shaped enclosure is connected to one side of the plate material. Formed by forming a notch opening toward the inner central portion from the front, and further, a notch portion for wide and narrow deformation that enables to narrow the facing distance between the tips of the surrounding inner edge is connected to the surrounding inner edge. Before the guide body is interposed between the rotary blade plates, the deformed state in which the facing distance between the tips of the surrounding inner edges is large through the notch for wide and narrow deformation and the surrounding inner edge is open is provided. By inserting, the guide body is inserted between the rotary blade plates from the outside of the rotating shaft from between the front ends, and then clamped to narrow the distance between the front ends of the surrounding inner edge through the notch for wide / narrow deformation, thereby closing. A state in which the rotation shaft is prevented from coming off from the rotation shaft, and the surrounding inner edge is fitted in at least a semicircular region or more on the outer peripheral portion of the outer surface of the rotation shaft between the rotary blade plates, and is disposed in the surrounding state. The above discharged from between the rotating blade plates Shredder fragment is characterized by being configured so as to be discharged along the one side of the guide body.
