Claims (1)

を連続的に製造することができる餃子製造装置であっ
て、 具材を供給するための具材供給管と、 外面が錐状面を形成し、この錐状面の中心位置に前記具
材供給管の端部に連なる具材給出口が形成された内側環
状部材と、 内面が錐状面を形成し、前記内側環状部材の周囲に配置
された外側環状部材と、 前記内側環状部材と前記外側環状部材との間に皮材を押
し込むための皮材充填手段と、 筒状の皮材の内部に具材を充填してなる棒状餃子材料
を、所定間隔ごとに切断し、両端の皮材を圧着して個々
の餃子を製造する切断圧着部と、 を備え、 前記内側環状部材と前記外側環状部材とが、それぞれの
錐状面が所定間隔をおいて対向するように配置され、両
錐状面間の空隙によって皮材供給路が形成されており、
前記皮材充填手段によって前記皮材供給路に押し込まれ
た皮材が、前記具材給出口の周囲に形成された環状の皮
材給出口から給出され、前記具材給出口から給出された
具材を前記皮材給出口から給出された皮材が筒状に包み
込むことにより前記棒状餃子材料が給出され、前記切断
圧着部へと導かれるように構成され、 更に、前記外側環状部材の前記皮材給出口に沿った環状
部分の少なくとも一部分に、前記皮材供給路から給出さ
れる皮材の外層の一部を塞き止める機能を果たす塞止板
が取り付けられており、かつ、前記塞止板と前記外側環
状部材との間に、給出された皮材が一時的に滞留するこ
とができる空隙部が形成されていることを特徴とする餃
