Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breeding vessel for aquarium fish, capable of readily discharging deposit by only taking out a slight amount of water, further capable of supplying oxygen to the water in the breeding vessel at a desired timing, and excellent in portability. SOLUTION: This breeding vessel 1 for aquarium fish has a vessel body 2, a cap 3, a pressure-regulating tube 5 and a guide tube 6. The cap 3 is detachably attached to an upper opening part of the vessel body 2. The pressure- regulating tube 5 allows an air chamber S at the upper side of the water surface held by the vessel body 2 to communicate with the exterior to regulate the air pressure of the air chamber S. The guide tube 6 is extended from the bottom part of the vessel body 2 to the exterior. When the air chamber is pressurized, the guide tube 6 discharges deposit in the vessel body 2 to the exterior, and when the pressure of the air chamber is reduced, the guide tube 6 introduces the air from the exterior to the interior of the vessel body 2.

Conventionally, there are aquariums and bowls as breeding vessels for appreciation fish. Fish is released by putting an appropriate amount of water in these containers, releasing the fish, feeding, supplementing oxygen, and the like. When fish are put into the incubator for a long time, fish droppings and food left behind are accumulated at the bottom. Therefore, at appropriate times, the fish is transferred to another container and the inside of the container is cleaned.

However, in such a conventional appreciation fish breeding device, when removing the sediment accumulated in the breeding device, it is often necessary to replace all the water, which is troublesome. In addition, if the water quality changes when the water is replaced, the fish weaken, and especially when rearing small fish such as medaka, the fish may not be adapted to the environment and may become ill.

According to the ornamental fish breeding apparatus of the present invention, when water is contaminated with fish droppings, first, the container body is kept stationary, and contaminants in the water are settled on the bottom. Next, air is blown into the air chamber of the container body by a pressure adjusting tube. Then, the air pressure in the air chamber rises, pushing down the water surface, and the sediment is discharged from the bottom of the incubator together with a small amount of water to the outside through the guide tube. Further, when replenishing the water in the incubator with oxygen, the air in the air chamber is sucked out by a pressure control tube to lower the air pressure in the air chamber. Then, the water surface rises, the outside air is sucked into the guide tube, and rises as bubbles from the bottom of the incubator.

As shown in FIG. 3, a dome-shaped inclined portion 2a is formed on the bottom wall surface of the container body 2. Inclined part 2a
Is formed so as to gradually incline downward from the center to the outer periphery of the bottom plate. When the lower end of the guide tube 6 hits the inclined surface, as shown by the arrow in FIG. 3, the guide tube 6 reaches the receiving portion 2b on the outer periphery of the bottom plate along the inclined surface. That is, the container body 2
When the guide tube 6 is inserted into the guide tube 6, the lower end of the guide tube 6 hits the inclined surface and naturally moves to the receiving portion 2b. Also, when contaminants settle in the container, the contaminants move to the receiving portion 2b along the surface of the inclined portion 2a.

The shape of the inclined portion 2a is formed so as to be gradually inclined downward from the central portion to the outer peripheral portion of the bottom plate due to the following advantages. When the container body 2 is manufactured, it is easy to integrally mold it. The stability is improved when the container body 2 is placed. The strength of the container body can be increased with a small amount of molding material.

As shown in FIG. 4, at the tip of the guide tube 6,
The nozzle tube 6d is attached. A plurality of small holes h are formed at substantially equal intervals on the peripheral surface of the nozzle tube 6d. According to the nozzle pipe 6d, when the sediment is sent into the guide pipe 6, the water pressure is dispersed in each small hole h, and even if the fish approaches the nozzle pipe 6d, it is not sucked into each small hole h. Further, when air is introduced into the container through the guide tube 6, the bubbles are reduced and diffused into the water, so that oxygen in the air is easily taken into the water.

When the incubator 1 is used, if contaminants are generated in the water due to excretion of fish or uneaten food, the contaminants accumulate at the bottom.
When the amount of sediment increases, it causes turbidity and water quality deterioration, and the fish is more susceptible to disease. Therefore, it is necessary to periodically remove the bottom sediment.

As shown in FIG. 5, when removing the precipitate G, the rod stoppers 7 and 8 are removed from the pressure control pipe 5 and the guide pipe 6, and air is blown from the pressure control pipe 5 into the air chamber S. Then, the air pressure in the air chamber S increases and pushes the water surface. Thereby, the water at the bottom is sent into the guide tube 6 together with the sediment G, and is discharged to the outside. In addition, the reduced amount of water is replenished to the incubator 1 as necessary.

When replenishing oxygen into the container, the air in the air chamber is sucked out of the pressure adjusting tube 5 with the pressure adjusting tube 5 and the guide tube 6 removed. Then, the air pressure in the container decreases, the outside air is sucked in from the guide tube 6, and the air rises as bubbles from the bottom. As the bubbles rise, the oxygen in the bubbles dissolves into the water.

As described above, according to the incubator 1 of the present embodiment,
The sediment accumulated at the bottom can be efficiently discharged to the outside by a simple operation. The sediment can be easily and quickly taken out while keeping fish and aquatic plants in the incubator 1, and
After removing the sediment, the water quality hardly changes,
Has little effect on fish and is easy to maintain health. Furthermore, since the incubator 1 can easily supply oxygen through the guide tube 6, there is no need to provide a device such as a pump, and the installation space can be reduced.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG.
The appreciation fish breeding apparatus 20 of the second embodiment uses a PET bottle for the container body 22 and the cap 23. A hole is formed in the upper surface of the cap 3 so as to pass through the pressure adjusting pipe 5 and the guide pipe 6. The lower end of the guide tube 6 is set to a length that reaches the bottom plate of the container body 2. On the bottom plate of the container body 22,
A receiving portion is formed on the outer periphery of the inclined portion. The inclined portion is gradually inclined downward from the central portion to the outer peripheral portion. By using a plastic bottle for the incubator in this way, it is useful for effective use of resources.
