Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint processing method without damaging finished material by laminating net-like reinforcing material with the covering rate set to a fixed value and tensile strength set over a fixed value on the one face of acrylic adhesive layer with elongation set over a fixed value. SOLUTION: An acrylic monomer composition is uniformly mixed, and it is spread on a mold release processed PET film to manufacture an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive sheet. Next, a net-like reinforcing member is laminated thereon to be a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet. In the acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive sheet, elongation prescribed by JIS Z0237 is set to be over 100%, the tensile strength of the net-like reinforcing member is set to be over 5 kg/50 mm, and it covers 10-80% of the adhesive layer face. The surface end edge of backing material 1 such as adjoining concrete is filled with caulking material 2 or the like to be flush, and after sticking the pressure sensitive adhesive tape 3, a decorative sheet is stuck thereon, or it is decorated by finishing material by painting. Hereby, by a simple work, a crack or creases can be prevented from generating due to expansion/contraction of the backing material.

[0004] In the above-mentioned seam treatment method between outer wall boards, by providing a fixed gap or a fluidized layer with a smaller width in the adhesive layer, it is possible to prevent the adhesion layer and the reinforcing layer from being fixed and to cope with large elongation. It was made. Therefore,
At least insulation from the external environment was achieved, but once the seam treatment material was opened, it was difficult to return to the original condition. Or

FIG. 2 shows that the base material 1 is provided with a prismatic notch at the surface side edge, and the adjacent end faces are loosely abutted to form a gap 11 therebetween. The gap 11 is formed like a dropping hole of a funnel. 2 shows a base on which shallow grooves are formed. When there are large gaps 11 at the joints from the beginning as described above, these gaps 11 are filled with the caulking material 2 and the like, and the adhesive tape 3 of the present invention is attached as in FIG. Alternatively, it is decorated with a finishing material 4 made of paint. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, since the paint 4 is used as a decorative finish, only the gap 11 between the adjacent end faces is coked. When a decorative sheet such as wallpaper is used as the finishing material 4 or when the stepped portion of the prismatic notch is large, as shown in FIG. 1, the joint of the base material 1 is at the same level as the surface of the other base material. And a finishing material is applied.

A net-like reinforcing member having a tensile strength of 5 kg / 50 mm or more specified by No. 096 is laminated, and 10 to 10
Since it is 80% covered, the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer expands and contracts following the expansion and contraction of the base material. However, the expansion and contraction is absorbed by the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the net-like reinforcing member substantially absorbs the expansion and contraction. The finishing material made of a decorative sheet or a coating film, which does not extend, is a material in which the adhesive layer is locked to the net-like reinforcing member and is firmly fixed, so that cracks or wrinkles are caused by expansion and contraction of the base material. This makes it possible to maintain beautiful makeup for a long time without causing peeling or peeling off.
