Description
本発明はインスタント食品容器の蓋材に関するものであ
る。インスタント食品容器の蓋は容器に直接シールされ
た蓋の他、輸送、積重ね展示に際しての強度保持や、熱
湯等を注いでの調理時のため、プラスチック製の外蓋、
即ちポリプロピレン、PETなどの被せ蓋を付した食品
容器が流通している。この場合は、上記の目的は達成出
来るがプラスチック製の外蓋のコストが高くなる。又、
近年の自然環境対策、廃棄物対策に合致しない等の問題
もある。これらの点に鑑み、本発明者はプラスチック製
の外蓋(被せ蓋)が無くても食品容器の強度が保持で
き、且つ、熱湯等を注いでの調理時にも何等問題なく対
応出来る蓋材を発明した。この蓋材はトップシートとボ
トムシートからなる多層シートでシート間は、剥がす場
合に、抵抗感が少なく剥離できる程度(剥離力:5g/
mm位)に密着している(疑似接着)。又、ボトムシー
トの一部分には切欠(ハーフカット)を施し、注ぎ口を
設けてある。熱湯等を注いでの調理する際は、一旦、ト
ップシートを剥がせば注ぎ口が出現する。熱湯等を注い
だ後、再びトップシートをボトムシートと重ね合わせれ
ば良い。 ボトムシートの材質はASTM D−638
試験法による降伏伸びが18%以上の弾性を有するため
蓋は張ったままの状態にあり、食品容器を強く保持し柔
弱化を防いでいる。トップシートの基材最下面(ボトム
シートと接する面)の表面に剥離剤層を設ける。剥離剤
としてはシリコンーセルロース系、長鎖アルキル系から
適当なものを選択出来る。基材は単層でも複層でも構わ
ない。又、必要に応じ印刷を施す。ボトムシートはポリ
エチレン層、基材、シーラント層で構成する。基材は降
伏伸びを考慮した基材、例えばオレフィン系ポリマーア
ロイフイルムを利用する。トップシートの剥離剤層とと
ボトムシートのポリエチレン層の間を疑似接着した後、
ボトムシートの一部分には切欠(ハーフカット)を施
